"sniff"

the sweet smell of powder
it enters me
clouding my mind
making life hazy

"jus one more"

i listen to the voice
it was right
i do feel better

"i told you. now take a hit of this"

i inhale
with great pleasure

"get up"

i can barely move
but i do as it says

"to the freezer"

i stumble to open the door
the bottle rolls to me
screaming my name

"drink me! u'll live. why stop now?"

i do as i'm told...

splat splat splat
the rain hits the window
crying the tears she cant

the clouds pour out her misery
she sits at her vanity
applying her mask


she's dressed in costume
hidden from the world
she loves him


only her words turn to hate
she's used to that
to pain

her misery keeps her company
it starts to pour harder
she puts on her wig

her golden curls in place
she sprays her perfume
masking the smell of her decayed soul

one last thing
she steps through the door ...
