Fade in/Fade out
Tomorrow shines
a vivid torch into
my back brain.
The azure light
is accompanied by
a song of intense
magnetism – a choir
intones the word
fortune over and over
again. Going up and
going down the scales.
Echoing around the
chilled cavities.
Fading in and
fading out.
