Some idealists call the dip of our top lip "Cupid's Arrow".
Nothing romantic about syllables strung with bowed lips drawn,
Words - sharpened tip, dipped in venom.
As if phosphorus were a hidden catalyst. Tinnitus.
Your words igniting, hearing engulfed in flames.
This behavior destroying, burning us.
