POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Writing allows me to creatively express my feelings and sometimes my imagination.
The Eyes Of a Psychopath
They eyes of a Psychopath are dark, cold, and full of murderous rage. The devil's eyes. These eyes are enough to send chills down a rational person's spine. The eyes of a murderer. There is no reason or conscious or even the most basic understanding of right or wrong, good or evil in the eyes of a psychopath. Just a blank, pale, emotionless expression in the eyes of a psychopath. Not even the slightest sliver of reason is evident behind those psychotic eyes. The very definition of evil in a nut shell.

The monster in us all
The mind of a murderer, rapist or child molester is a sick twisted one. The monster in the human nature that causes other wise normal
people to commit these despicable actions. Do we as human beings have any control over these impulses that cause us to commit these
crimes, or are we the product of a corrupt and twisted psyche? The monster is the unconscious mind. You could try to play the "Devil made me do it" card. But did the devil hold a gun to your head and force you to commit the crime? What causes the monster to consume us all? Is it the stress of always walking the straight...

Ghost Train
Amonote coal mine 1931, a 200 car freight train loaded to capacity with coal pulls out of the loading bay at 11:45 pm. At 12:25 AM the train crashed due to excessive speed and the rail way was tampered with. All persons on board perished. Now present day, the old timers say, every time there's a full moon, the train that crashed rides the rails again. But when it gets behind a house and lets one long blast on the air horn before it crashes, the house at the bottom of the mountain will burn down killing the residents inside. If it's one short blast followed by one long blast the house across...

Vengeance, a silent killer
Vengeance is a silent killer, It consumes a person until it kills them. Vengeance takes everything away from you until there is nothing left. Some people are consumed by vengeance until they die either an emotional death or a physical death. Vengeance is such a silent killer that you don't even know you're dying. I know this because I was consumed by vengeance. Now, I am finally learning there is a better way to solve problems.

What's The Point?
What's the point of
being alive when your
parents argue all the
time? Especially when
you try to let your
feelings be known and
either one of them or
both of them are always
trying to silence you.
Aside from burning in
hell for all times if
you're successful in
committing suicide or
failing because it's
not your time to die
what's the point of
staying alive? Like
when you try to tell
one parent what they
are doing to aggravate
or annoy you, the other
is always there...

A one man war
John has lost so many people
over the years that he has
not grieved for, due to he
is always running from his
emotions. He
just keeps burying the grief,
sadness and hurt that he feels.
There is even rage over a friend's
suicide buried in his heart. If Anyone
took a tour of John's emotional remains,
they would feel like they had seen a
hellish war zone. There is no end to this
war in John's emotions. He feels that he will
lose everyone he cares for, so he just puts a
cold shoulder towards anyone who tries to...

Premonition or out of body expieriance?!?!
One November Night, John had a dream about a house fire at his Grandfather's house. It was so intense John felt as if he were actually there. He saw him self going in the house after telling the neighbor to call for help. at the realization there was no survivors, John awoke from the horrible dream. John's mother had woken him the next morning with the horrible news. When John mentioned his nightmare, she thought John may have over heard the phone call in his sleep. At the funeral, the gentleman that lived across the road from John's grandfather had approached him and said, "How did you know...

Death Surrounds him.
John stands on the cliff, overlooking
the ocean on a cold October night. He
remembers twenty four years ago when his friend
Jason had spoke of suicide. John recalls
telling Jason it wasn't worth losing his
soul. That fateful afternoon on October 1989
Jason called John and ended his life while on
the phone with him. Now years later, John
can still hear the echo of the 357 magnum's
discharge in his mind. John asks himself,
"When will the nightmare end? Could I have
done anything to save him? Am I just as...
