see me out in your town figure i always get around
never think that work keeps me on the ground
suspicious of my intentions
seems you always second guessing

the r3bel
society is a collection of relationships
we all must build it with exquisite workmanship
Assimilation being the force that drives
cause if you aren't excepted in however shall you thrive?
To gain respect you must first experience your own demise
from hatred and sabotage to prevent your rise
these are few of the things set in mankind to limit our potential
but if we succumb no longer is are growth exponential
and when we are going asunder from assimilation
we need recognition from others with dedication
cause the persecution comes in stages

Shame is deducible
For goals to come to fruition
Sacrifices must be made for wisdom.

If Love was real I'll take her for ransom
pay me in heart break and anguish
Confessions of past love wouldn't suffice
Just misery put it in the bag labeled white lies
You know the one protruding but thinks it's hidden
Though originally undetected profoundly it's apparent
Like all things of nature we apply the law of squares
Lies are no different they don't double they won't dare.
The growth is exponentially there.

just a thought
Running to the corner store pocket full treasure
Yearning to trade for the merchant for substantial pleasures
My silver could earn me sweets from all across the globe
tootsie rolls, oreos, honey buns are like gold
Laughing with my sister gripping my bikes handle bars
wind hitting my face tears of excitement streaming off
No worries at 6o'clock grandma will be home
The sweet aroma fills the house and prime time TV is on
These memories are what made me relax
the comfort of a home and the support to be real and not act
Truth or lie was no concern to me...

in the night when silence is immense
my mind is plagued with past events
so many things I want to change
the ifs. and buts. are all the same
in silence the truth will always shine
cuz no one hears so why speak lies

who i am may not be me
silence reveals the exterior flaws
lets you known you've done wrong
my mind is plagued with past events
so many things I want to change

I was expecting more than what a usual woman does
I knew you would make accusations and fix me grub
But for some odd reason I felt a hidden potential
I thought you would reach it
But many months passed
After a year of trials
The relationship felt lax
I didn't want to try for love
Since disappointment is associated
So when I felt the disappointment
I was stunned to say the least
What possessed me to think you were special
I was expecting more because you talked so high
You sold dreams to me that were so nice
You wanted to include me and...
I knew you would make accusations and fix me grub

I've been known to make you smile by looking into your eyes
dismiss all your questions and alleviate every surprise
Its been known you melt in my arms and its there you reside
its where you feel safe and knowing no fear there subsides
You've been known as the gorgon whith the deadly gaze
but true love befell you like midnight haze
It erased the curse and allowed you to embrace
I've been known you were the physical manifestation of grace
descended upon me to help me atone for my past

use to caress her make her feel incredible
but the effort she made to corrupt was credible
idi amin would've showed respect for sure
she had fiends to gangstas steady wanting more
kids would shake her up and change her mind
went from streets to mainstream in quick time
parading her body for a hott toddy instead of sheraud
the king of scottland beat her down
but couldn't believe she wasn't white now
had to face the facts that his roots weren't white how
could he be so blind thru her back to the killas and crack pipes
she smoked her...
