Nothing But A Blur
Broken is the girl,
Who kneels before your feet,
Your power over her,
Is strong and makes her
weep.
She follows you around,
Like your little servant girl,
And you don't even realize the
Pain you've inflicted in her world.
You have her to yourself,
Yet she's not enough for you,
She tries and tries so hard,
But there's nothing in the world she
can do.
This girl who was once,
Just as strong as you,
Is breaking more each day,
Because you're such a damn fool.
Before you can even realize, ...

You tell me that I'm no good,
That I'm just a big mistake,
But bitch you better realize,
That you're the one whose fake.
You sit there and judge me,
As my life just falls apart,
You think all this is funny,
You would, cause you have no heart.
You act like you're better than me,
When in reality you're not,
If you're confused by what I'm saying,
Let me enlighten you on this thought.
At least I have someone who loves me,
While you're all alone at night,
You sit there in the darkness,

Criticize
They see what’s in your heart,
When they look into your eyes,
They pass judgment on others,
But it’s in their nature to criticize.
They can peer into your head,
Deeper than you’ve ever gone,
They see the things you’ve kept back,
So no one knew there was something wrong.
They see you, for who you really are,
A monster that destroys everything,
They can see the scars on your body,
From years of pain that still has the sting.

Take My Life
Breaking down with no one there,
Living in this world knowing no one cares,
Why must I hurt for others to feel good?
And I’m left feeling misunderstood.
No one sees this darkness in my heart,
They can’t see the tears I cry cause I’m falling apart,
With these terrible things weighing me down,
I try to make them known but I never make a sound.
I’m scared of this society who judges me,
Only happy when they’ve made me fall to my knees,
Hatred fills my mind late tonight,
As I take this blade and end my life.
Living in this world knowing no one cares,

Thunderstorms
Running through this darkness,
The rain is falling down,
I’m the only one out here,
Thunder the only sound.
Lightning striking through the air,
Wind tearing through the trees,
Everyone else is hiding,
But this time is when I feel like me.
Must it be so hard,
To be comfortable with who you are,
The freak dancing in the rain,
As the thunderstorm is about to start.
This storm is my sanctuary,
It hides the pain I feel,
Most just see destruction,
But I see life that’s real.
The rain is falling down,
I’m the only one out here,

It's What Hides Inside
It's what hides inside of us,
That fills us with despair,
It pulls us deeper within,
Making us fight for air.
It seeks the very thing,
That scares us all the most,
You see this thing is called fear,
And we're the perfect host.
We try to act invincible,
But it sees right through our lies,
With this thing inside us,
There's nowhere we can hide.
The only way to stop it,
Is to face your fears,
Then it will go away,
And we can finally think clear.

The One I Love
I never thought I'd lose my heart, Not to someone near to me, Definitely not to someone all the way over there. "The east coast? Are you crazy?" I used to say. Then there was you.
Bad times, I had a good feeling, so my number to you I gave, and my first true love you became.
Getting so close to a year now, I can't believe I was so lucky to have found you. No matter what you think and people see outside, Inside is all you, and the goofy loving incredibly breath-takingly amazing girl inside is the one I love.

Dear Mom
Dear Mom,
I'm tired of being in trouble,
You just don't seem to understand,
It's your other children who are special,
I guess I'm not part of that plan.
I can't keep trying to prove myself,
Now I've had enough,
What more do I have to do,
To show you my love?
So this is it soon I'll be going,
Don't say you're going to cry,
I know you dear mother,
You won't shed a tear for chey.
Everyone wants to know,
Why I push them away like I'm mad,
It's because all my life,
I've had you making me sad.
So I hope...

The Hardest Thing To Say....Goodbye
Baby please sit down,
There's something I have
to say,
I've been hiding a terrible
secret,
So you wouldn't feel any pain.
But now that the time,
Is slowly closing in,
The battle to keep this from you,
I realize I can't win.
So here it goes,
Please don't get mad,
I just wanted to protect you,
So you didn't feel sad.
The reason I've been acting
different,
Is because the doctor's say I'm dying,
I'm sorry that I hid this,
I just didn't want my angel crying.
The days are closing in, ...
There's something I have
to say,

These thoughts in my head
That weren't there before
Being with you has
Me wanting more.
I want a big house
With a porch swing
To cuddle there with you
And watch the sun rise in
the spring.
I want a nice yard
With a bunch of willow trees
And to look up at the stars
Just you and me.
I want to wake up
With you by my side
And to know I am safe
And to never have to cry.
I want us to live
Happily together
And to be
With you forever.
I want us to start
Our brand new life

Laying here wondering
Does anybody care
I look into their eyes
But am returned with vacant stares.
I'm tired of this misery
Nobody cares if I'm gone
They treat me like trash
Even though I've done no wrong.

Its really getting old,
We're not even together,
