Panties on the Floor
Both of our bodies awaken the timing is perfect
Innocent conversations as if you're patiently waiting
Mouth waters at the thought of tasting you
But I remain timid same as you
Both bottled with nerves
Though its not the 1st time you found pleasure in these curves
All these old feelings began to emerge
Your hands find its way to the edge of my waist
Pulling me closer to my pleasureable fate
Again find myself wrapped in your embrace
That embrace that I once missed so deeply
The pain that you caused pushed to the back of my mind

Crushed Sunflowers
Today I woke up numb
Living in a state of loneliness that was only caused by your profound selfishness
Not an ounce of emotion covered me as I stared blankly at the walls
Posting vivid flashbacks dancing on the broken glass that dressed my floors
Broken glass that cut my feet left traces of my bleeding soul right to the doors
Cleansing the traces and mentally erasing my anguish
I found strength to turn the page today
I was greeted by crushed sunflowers hidden deep within the flesh of my wound
Within these stained petals I found clarity, understanding, and...

I found myself sleeping with my eyes wide open the other day
These exquisite images of the days when everything was new covered my mind so vividly
Particularly the day you kissed me
Palms sweaty to the touch your eyes gazed upon me so timidly
Playful laughter soft music and the softest grip laid gently on my hip comforted me
Nerves filled the air but the dreaminess of your eyes captured me and I knew you were mine
Pretending to be unaffected by your sudden need for affection that I had longed for laid

I sit by your side everyday in class
Watching the time pass hoping it'll slow down so I can have more time with you
Your body language speaks volumes, so inviting but instead I hide from you
Not sure of what you'll think of me because I'm the farthest from what your used to confiding to
Every accidental glance you give I take that as a opportunity to look deep into your soul and figure out whats inside of you

Not a word
Not a glance
No goodbyes
You left with urgency leaving me with weeping eyes
Feeling hurt and confused not understanding why
why your so cold and hiding behind a disguise
I was a open book willing to share
While you sat idle without a single care
Such a typical act of a contemptible human being
A blithe indifference to anyone's feelings
One day you'll see what you are missing
A girl who cared who was down and willing
Who shared her thoughts and feelings so loud and vividly
The one that was there whenever you needed me
But...

Moonlight Choc
Big brown eyes and silky brown skin
Glowing in the moonlight from outside an within
Your eyes greets me as our hands meet
Your chocolate lips part as you begin to speak
My heart pounds as my mind begins to race
Of all the possibilities when I look up at your face
You tell me Im needed in your warm embrace
I come a bit closer no need for an escape
We gaze up at the stars and the loving moonlight
I can already tell that this will be one hell of a night

Dark Side of Life
Battered and Bruised
Soul blackened by the memories that haunt me
Crying for help but no one hears a thing
Im hopeless and damn near lifeless
They told me dont kill your dreams
Because you have gone deaf to Gods voice
I call out to thee
He doesnt answer I guess hes to busy for me
Who'd blame em
I've taken life for granted
Wasting the very essence of my gift that was given to me
The freedom that was given to be what ever God sought out for me
I ignore the hand he has put out but, why?
I have been dragged onto the floor been kicked down so...

I will wait for you
I thought that I would wait for you
But instead I headed down a road of no return
Making it impossible to separate sex from emotion
Im too deep in it
Opening a door of reoccurring addiction
I just cant seem to keep the key out of my ignition
Cant seem to stop what we've started
Got me hoping & praying that my paranoia of starting life ceases
And the though of diseases EKKK
Makes me wonder should I have waited for you
Only four months of knowing at the time I cant shake it
This feeling of disappointment on my shoulders
The load is too...
But instead I headed down a road of no return
Making it impossible to separate sex from emotion
Im too deep in it

You seem so apathetic when it comes to me
But my idolatry for you it breaths so heavily
You hide all of your emotions so I'd never see
No assurance making me feel inadequate for the love you bring
Afraid of being hurt again or could it be that some else
is hanging freely from your canopy
This is a honest letter that I'm sure that you will never read
My heart can tell no lies
You erase my pain replacing it with lust that consumes me

Such a harsh discordant sound
From breaking glass to gun rounds
Taking a chance with a tritonus scale
Made people believe that he was a product of hell
One of the most dissonant musical intervals around
Brought a distasteful mixture of sounds
A cacophony you insist
The temptation of his unique style i couldn't resist
It maybe disagreeable with your ears
His expression of anger, hate, love, and fear
