desert wonderland
a plethora
of lights
and sounds
a mecha
of delight
juicy debauchery
filled by impulse
so in the moment
a glittering fun house
i crave this place
an environment
to find myself
fluorescent
something out of nothing
beautiful dark emotional
hot
barren
a wonderland
of lost souls
why would anyone want to go to that shithole?
because
it is a place
to turn dark to light
the snake pit
a colorful candy land
of illusion
out there all alone
the inferno
the desert
if you can make it...
of lights

humble N A R C I S S I S T
if i had my way
id be a statue
enshrouded in gold
having others walk past me day by day
praising me for being amazing
such a rare beauty she is
such a beautiful piece of art
because thats what i am
i eat it all up
but i know its all so superficial
i can sit here and realize this fact
but i still crave it
one side pulling me this way

one side pulling me the other
above
a tug of war
when i meet people i act so genuine
but then it can switch in an instant
I’m the model I’m beautiful unique stunning
i walk...

i had to look it up
divine numbers
divine realization
i have been scared
9:11 i had been seeing over and over and over again
to me it signifies emergency
and rightfully so
overtime noticing it and realizing what i was doing was wrong
and in this moment what I’m doing is still wrong
but 7:11
this evening
a slight difference
numbers popping up and catching my attention
awakening
how long is this awakening process I’m wondering
the first time i had that jolt within was over a year ago…
and it has been a whirlwind of...
i had to look it up

i notice every downfall
every aspect that brings me down
second sip
still feeling like shit
this reality
so real
yet so holographic
i need to escape it

feeling loose
not really a 3rd sip more like 5 now

one last time once again
is this the last time
i never know
but i feel so good in the moment
one last time
to feel this way
this surge of pure bliss
risky behavior
but i don’t care
hands on the wheel
music blaring
swerving in and out of lines
chasing whatever thought pops into my mind
somehow i think i am protected
but it could all fail in an instant
for now i do not care
full speed ahead
into oblivion
i never know
but i feel so good in the moment
one last time
to feel this way

it is instant
the response i receive
sometimes too vague for me to get
but other times so profound it hits me like a jolt
the realization
just listen
you will be fine…
tonight
my phone paused
stuck on 1:11
i picked it up
adjustment
it was 1:25
i felt a shiver down my spine
knowing
numbers
numbers
so many numbers
all the time
lately
sometimes i am perceptive
other times i brush it off
you are reaching out
i am not listening to you
myself.
please wake up...

it is instant
