Waiting Games
No one else,
Compares to you,
I honestly thought,
We were stuck like glue.
Then you decided,
You needed a break,
With you my heart,
I allowed you to take.
I broke down and cryed,
Searched my skin,
For some sort of wound,
Where the pain did begin.
I didn't know what to do,
I ran away,
I couldn't stop thinking,
Of things I didn't say.
I said I would wait,
Wait for you to decide,
Maybe it would be enough,
For the pain to subside.
How long will it take,
What if I'm forgoten,
Left out...

I wish that I could change,

Sorry for all the baggage,

Once again,
Where I get stuck,
Now and then.
In this place,
I feel bliss,
Though it doesn't seem to be mine,
Like I don't deserve this.
I run through the halls,
looking for my way out,
I feel like the shadow,
That no one cares about.

They told me,
The first crack,
Hurts the most,
The pain wouldn't be back.
If they were right,
What is this,
Why do I feel that way,
When we kiss?
Why does it hurt,
To hear your name,
Why when I look at others,
Do I feel shame?
Why don't I belive,
When you apologize,
Could it be,
That I don't see it in your eyes?
How long,

I don't know
I don't know what to do,
It has all gone amiss,
I'm not sure,
I can continue with this.
Mixed emotions that I feel,
They consume me,
While they add up,
To nothing more than apathy.
Is it for a cause,
Only in vain,
Is there an honest reason,
For my pain?
My chest tightens,
When I think of either option,
I need to choose,
Part of me has made a conclusion.

One More Time (Please)
One more time,
Tell me you love me,
Say it's okay,
Or atleast it will be.
Kiss me darling,
Even if it might be our last,
Just once more,
Before the ballets are cast.
Stand in the rain,
Like when we began,
Declare our love,
Like new lovers can.
Just once more,
Let me hold you,
Close and tight,
Like I used to.
Talk about nothing,
With every message we send,
Stay up on the phone,
For hours on end.
I can't make you stay,
But I hope you will,

If faith is the thing,
That should always hold true,
Why is it so hard,
To keep my faith in you?

Who's this,
Lookin at me,
The image is blury,
I can't quite see.
He says he's happy,
He claims to be kind,
Knows where he's going,
Has a stable mind.
Nothin to run from,
No fear of the past,
He lives in the moment,

If I don't see you again,
I need you to know,
That I love you my dear,
Its not just for show.
I love your flaws,
I love you're eyes,
Evertime you're gone,
A part of me dies.
I want you to come back,
Though I'm not sure you will,

A few of my fears
I don't want to become my father,
This is one of my many fears,
Its one of my deepest,
One that causes so many tears.
I'm afraid of something else,
I haven't told many,
People that will miss me when I'm gone,
I fear I haven't got any.
I'm afraid of the fact that I need her,
I fear she won't come back,
That she'll find someone new,
On my heart leave another crack.
I'm afraid of never making something of my life,
That I'll never amount to much,
That I'll eventualy break,

If you ever need proof
If you need proof that I love you,
Or if you ever do,
Remember I don't like staying in one place,
Then Know I'm waiting for you.
I guess there isn't a way,
To prove what you mean to me,
There's no way you ever could,
See what I see.
If you do decide to move on,
To love another,
