Can't Say Goodbye
silent tears stain my face
bitting my lip i start to pace
am i wrong?
are you really gone?
i cant take this pain anymore
i need to be where you are
my silent cries pierce the night
seeing your headstone gives me a fright
i remember holding your hand
i remember us dancing in the sand
this silent prayer is my plea
please come back to me
looking up to the skies
my eyes cannot find you
my angel in heaven
my heart i have given
i love you so much
my mind aches to think
today no happy...

Perfect World?
light shinning in my eyes
is the only thing telling me im alive
numb inside and out
i cannot hide the self doubt
im terrified i cant think
its so hard i cant speak!
help me please im begging you
im trying to stay strong even though i cant
please pull me from this abyss
please show me life isnt like this
terribly broken is what i am
inlove is what i am
still a helpless little girl
i need my superman to save me
like lois lane im in constant danger
even though batman is my favorite i am no stranger...
is the only thing telling me im alive

The Real Me
im insecure about being who i am
born into foster care
not knowing who could love me
i was adopted by a great family
over the years i got older and learned to smile
still a child i knew non the wiser
poeple were cruel to me
i could never understand
i was adopted
my family was special to me
i hit year seven in school
and thats the begining of all this bull
his name was jordan he was like me
so i couldnt understand why he did...

This One's For You
this one's for you oh heart of mine
i refuse to let you break this time
i know the risks that im taking
but seriouly if it doesnt work it was still worth taking
heart of mine this feels sublime
you taking and staying in flight
im happier than ever
even if there's rainy weather
it takes a long set of hours
to see through my shadows
but he did just that
and still as keen as a cat
he snuck in and stole it all
leaving me smiling like a teen girl in a mall
so this one's for you sweetie
im telling you now...

Confusion
what to do
what to do
deep cuts for me
and a big smile for you
you enjoy my pain?
do you like my cries?
staring at me through those dark eyes
i cut even deeper trying to clear my mind
i try not to let out a shout

why is everyone i love so far away?
it kills me inside that we cant talk everyday!
anette my friend whyd you go away?

Should I Stay? Or Go?
these thoughts come and go
should i act on them or wait to go?
my heart is dead
my mind is confused
im dead inside but not out
can i get through all this self doubt?
holding the gun
my hand shakes on the trigger
crying silently i think of all our good memories
i feel myself torn once again
sadly i wont see home again
i pull the trigger
hear the shot
now im floating above this spot
my body is there
bloody and lifeless
am i dead? is this my hell?
to forever endure this pain we used to...

you and me so far away
trying to make time in the day
you and me
we are us
skype dates and text messages
and sadly no touch
too far away is what we are
but soon you'll be home yet still so far
this is hard on both of us
but life's not easy neither is love
all i want is you to be safe
without care love is a waste
i am an odd one i know
only with you does my true self show
no longer hiding behind fake smiles and broken lies
my heart beats faster as i realize
your the one to stitch me up...

love is sweet love is kind
love is finding that one perfect guy
the one to thrill you with just a kiss
making you wish life could stay like this
his gentle touch light as a feather
makes your heart melt all together
hoping he is just the boy
that wont ever treat you like a toy
ive found that guy an ocean away
it makes me happy knowing he'll stay
yes being so far is hard
but thankfully it doesnt tear us apart
i love him
he loves me
and thats the kind of love
that we all need

only time can tell
even if nothing is truely well
holding tightly to my heart
trying to let it go without being torn apart
my feelings are real
this i know is true
not breaking face i tell the truth
im falling in love with you
hoping your answer makes me smile
my hearts beating faster than a country mile
with no silences to follow
the look in your eyes is enough
the few months we've talked
we've fallen hard you see
even with the odds against us
ill be always faithful to thee
