I am me
I grew up in a little town, i knew every ones name for miles around
When i was 18 they said i was a man,Taught me to kill and sent me to another land
Told me i was a hero for what i done,taking lives with a gun,
Said these people deserved to die,Well then why the hell do i still cry
Seen people who i was supposed to be setting free all in the name of liberty,Kill my friends with a smile on their face,what the fucks up with the human race
Then one day they decided i had killed enough,sent me home with my mind full of that stuff,People...

Lost like a ship at sea till you brought me to the shore
i thought i had it all till you showed me more
Like the joy of just a new day with nothing to do but
hang out and play
Sit out side in the sun feeling its warmth basking in
all the joy it brung
Watching the stars in the night sky the smell
of you as we sit side by side
Your my life my guiding light my compass when i dont
know wich way is right
Im so glad destiny brought us together i promise to love you forever
Your the flower and im the stem i hope this never ends
...
i thought i had it all till you showed me more

staircase
traded your wings of gold for a lost prophet who stole your soul
fell into the writhing pit as upon his throne he did sit
all your hopes crushed under the laughter forgot the dreams you were after
head bowed and trembling hands you took the journey of the damned
shivering from the cold that never leaves guilt is your disease
pawned the promise of another day now the darkness is here to stay
now the storm rages inside and your only wish is to just die
you cut but never too deep all you do is just embrace the pain as you weep...

As i reach into your empty dark heart,hesitating from the ice coldness of it on my skin
Echoes come back to me from a yesterday,when the blood still pumped in your veins
Like you i have become,thoughtless and dull,
no feelings in my body no life left in my soul
In the closet is where i hid you,but the smell become too much
as the flies swarmed
I begun to fear captivity,and paranoid i had become
so now i have to be rid of you
Cruel no i dont believe so,
this is what you made me when you let our life go
The look on your face...

madness
into this madness i slip once again
falling forever i replay my sin
over the line i have crossed blanked
my mind to all i have lost
tumbling down into the soft glow
draw it fast release it slow
i have no tears left to release
as i slip into false peace
i ride the horse till it falls
shut my mind to realities call
guilt eats at me like a feasting lion
all the while my soul is dying
once again i cause pain
to those who are not to blame
cascading down into this whirlpool

Like a ghost you haunt my mind,
every where i turn you are all i find
Your voice whispers in my ear,
telling me another lie
As i fall asleep you come to hunt my soul
the damage you have done takes its toll
Forever and ever no matter how hard i try,
i cant get your image from my eyes
Tearing my guts out like its a game
over you before i go insane
I must move on out of this madness,
before i die in this eternal sadness
Release me from this grip,
remove your name from my lips
Please let me move on,
whats done is done,our love is gone...

with fire in his eyes and death in his hand
riding out to the dawn darkness does command
a veteran of a thousand wars a life well spent
the fog of a million centuries in hell has been spent
leveled to the tide on deaths horse he rides
evil minds cannot abide in deaths tripping time
hopes are broken dreams destroyed on blood strewn battle fields
feeding the lust of death on broken wills evil has sealed
creeping through the trees on whispered screams

sunny rain
i wake up to the sound of thunder and know its an off day
even though its raining i get to play
i lay there and know im sleeping in
my heart gets happy oh how i love this god send
i will make pancakes and bacon too
but best of all i get to spend my day with you
there will be no baby sitter,no blocks to pack
mom at work and me and you planning our attack
pirates and cowboys we will be
maybe even baking us some cookies
i love to spend my rainy days with you
cause when we are alone i get to be 4 years old too
...

dope,do you know the scope of this thing called dope
how it can bring you crashing to the ground
take your hopes and crush them,rip them from your dreams
break all your promises,toss them to the wind
give up on life,give up on you,give up on all you care for
do you understand, are you keeping score
its a battle you can never win,lonliness and desperation
and even death will be the end
dope,you do it so you feel like you,as if its the right thing to do
lost yourself along the way,and its gone forever
how it can bring you crashing to the ground

if i promised a bed of roses upon wich you could sleep
only the thorns sticking you would make you weep

is it my place to say,all the hell you deliver on your way
the pain in your smile the hurt in your soul
you laugh like a crazy ,you hate all that love you back
destroyer of life,as you creep like a disease,
sorrow and suffering is all you breed
evil is what you spew,evil that the weak believe
lets not put you in shiney clothes so you can twirl like suhshine
as you pose,like a dream
a death dealer is what you are,crushing the spirit and strangling the heart
a night mare is what i see you as,drownin out the suffered cries
