Emotional Masochist
am i an emotional masochist
or do i feel like I deserve the pain
am i just lying to myself
not raising my hopes to keep me sane
I felt like i deserved more
but life felt differently
I felt like it was the only way
My heart felt differently

Without the bad
I’d never appreciate what we had
I’d be desensitized to your love

My Logical Fallacy
Description: Inspiration=(the movie) INCEPTION.
Remember the never-ending stairs? They are a matter of perception. If looked at from the right angle, they will seem like never ending stairs. If the angle is shifted they will just seem a piece of stairs cut off at some point.
In Inception, everything is in a dream, so it is all a matter of perception, and who perceives the image...or thought...so it is basically a trickery of the mind

Watching the vulture turn into a dove

OBSERVATIONAL POEM

An Allegory
We crossed the lines so that we could write our story
Tried to make it discreet so we wrote an allegory
But then they came, the people that had the blame
They went over what we said and polluted our meanings
Smudged it all up till all the words were a blob of non-sense
They were singled out so they were on the prowl and defense
They crossed the lines and inked up the spaces
Hazy truths saturated by deceit leaving no traces
It's our word against their's in this battlefield
Lots of commotion 'cause of what we've revealed
The truth doesn't...

Shattered into a Whole
Moonlit night, strobbin’ effect
Illuminating madness across the avenue
Your sanity implementing your breakthrough
In all the chaos you finally found your peace
In the eye of the black hole you finally found your light
In the ideal world you finally found, nothin’ to be found
To look around you gotta look right on through
To hear the truth you gotta soak in the silence
To feel your feelings you gotta numb them to the core
