What would happen if bugs decided to crush us
Or trees cut us down
What would happen if earth drained our blood
Like we do its oil
Or if it depleted our minerals like we do of its soil
Why do we pollute our sea's and fill our sky with smoke
Why do we put a price on elephants tusks
Then hunt them like some joke
How do we expect to leave a future for our children
With a world we constantly destroy
How do we choose peace over war unless a better mind we employ
Let's say goodbye to profitering
Just let each other be
Let's sit...

The only failure is failure to try
To live forever we must appreciate we have to die
To find peace we must find peace of mind
Everyone is one of a kind
Money has no true worth
To find ourselves sometimes we need to search
Accept all fot what they are
Love is universal it can be found near and far
Listen to the heart it knows what the mind hasn't worked out
Take chances leave no doubt
Live and let be
There's more to the world than the eye can see
To live forever we must appreciate we have to die

What a mess I've made of things
Hiw I've upset the status quo

Sat with me in my car on a sombre sunday melting my blues away
I pray someday I can convince you to stay

And I don't want to search nomore

My feelings bounce like a yoyo
I never beg but please

Night comes my way
It's hard to stay positive when the world around you starts to stink
With all this shit happening who locked this cage I'm in
Where has the light gone from my days
Strange characters in alleyways
Everyday the same in this place where it only rains
My head begins to spin
I carnt explain this state I'm in
Lift this spell that I'm under
Free me from the rain and thunder
The sun here don't ever rise
Only darkness fills my eyes
As I wake to another day

A mind consumed by money is like a wild beast on a tether
But once you allow love in you're heart you will have wealth forever
What good is a fast car on roads that remain congested
And what becomes of a bird that's never nested
