this is what it looks like
under the microscope
double-stranded proteins
exalting chromosomes
the motif show what lies; looks like
histones distorts binding two
encoding information doest puts on
genes, require an A.C.T. without G
infers disguised recourse
evos mutates brut force
genes proved fundamentally true
mutations tried to bind and hide you

on this day
I threw
a book in the air
and watched it soar
seven years ago. when
it came back down, it hit me
in the face

Neurochistic desired
first true love
bit my lip
trickles the blood
it’s timely banter
weeks turn to days
out, poor hours
then true went sour
it bit my tongue
then said
only to myself, now the more dripping red
tongue in lashing pain
one to ten sounds more sane
but at nine
i stopped and pondered this
lips now wet poised
lipstick smeared kiss
a miss
what of a laugh
might a joke be best
is not humor
a manner of advanced defence?
sarcasm
slapstick
some practical
trick?
a riddle ...

with scripture
