I like to express my thoughts as they are happening through poetry. I try not to analyze my words and go with the flow of my churning brain even if sometimes it doesn't seem to make sense.

Why do you say you Love me?
Why do you say you love me?
You’re a liar
A rotten soul—Jesus wouldn’t even save!Y
ou spit out children likeIt’s no big deal
But it is
We are great in number, your children
Yet you have NO CHILDREN
I am not your Daughter
You said so yourself
You only have a son and a daughter
One is a baby, the other, is afraid to say--“I hate you”
But I am not
Listen to me, I don’t know you
So how could I hate you?
But I do
So why do you say
You love me?

I try to be Happy circa 2006
I try to be happy
I do
I go to practice
I play games, make stupid jokes
I’m not
I can’t stop thinking
It will never stop
Never leave me alone
I don’t blame anyone
There are no pills for this pain
I can find no cure
When I smile I want to scream
Why does everyone keep walking around
Don’t they know how I feel?
They know nothing
I say nothing
Nothing to my friends
It hurts too much to speak
My throat swells up
Every time I breathe in for air,
It’s not enough
Every night I drown my pillow ...
I do
I go to practice

What Rhymes with Cancer?
There’s something in the air
It’s barely visibleand hardly even there
Nobody’s really saying anything
We all just have to wait
They say it’s a tumor or some type of thing
Located on the third or fourth vertebrae
They really can’t say
They shouldn’t have told him it wasn’t a big deal
They told him to take painkillers
Eventually the pain would just heal!
These doctors are stupid
They could have caught it earlier
Why couldn’t they be real doctors?
Why couldn’t they be smarter?
The MRI came in
Exposing the pain for what it is

A Plea to the Unhappy Person
Why don't you just put a smile on?
Why do you have to be so angry?
Are you so crazed to think this is all my fault,
the reason you are so unhappy...
You have always been the blameless victim
and I have always wanted to save you
But here you are with a million chances to
do a million different things, and you do not
try.
I have wanted to help you but you have done
nothing to help yourself.
I feel like I have somewhere failed you
and myself
I have failed myself because I have become
like everyone else in your eyes

I love you when you first wake up because...
you snort a little when you roll over
you peak open your eye just a crack and close it tight and grab me
your hair is sticking straight up at the cowlick
your breathing feels hot and soothing on my skin
you have an erection
you tell me you love me
you wrap your arms around me and throw your leg over my hip
you sometimes say, "I love this" or "This feels good"
you kiss my forehead
you lightly kiss my lips
you take my nipple in your mouth
our legs are intertwined
your arm is under my head like a pillow

Comfortable familiarity in your stance

Forgive me
I am so careless with the heart that loves me so deeply
Forgive me
My insanity,
my unfounded doubts
My senseless grief
The tears I cannot stop
Cover this pillow
Your arm is wet with the stuff

My sadness covers us like a black cloud promising rain

In a world of balance
Only I am lost
My walls are crumbling
The floor is gone
My heart is drenched in guilt
I fear my future, the Bitch's spawn
You fear my being withdrawn
I wish, I need
to be free
Hold me.
Help me to feel
Your blanket of love
It warms my soul;
is my compass when I am lost and alone
In a world of balance
