Honesty
What is it about forbidden fruit?
In me my defects are planted firmly like roots.
Selfishness, dishonesty and fear.
Lately my link to God hasn’t been clear.
Blurred by clamors I’ve created.
Frequently with my faith I’ve debated.
But with new vision I’m more concentrated.
