Eyeless Angels
Eyeless Angels,
Starless Spangles.
I cant help but look at life,
from all the wrong angles.
maybe im sick of empty boxes,
and it's all on the table.
The past has me frayed,
wishing for that something stable.
I'll keep running,
grit my teeth,
through all your singing.
There is so much there,
emotions and fingers
running through your hair.
I cant help but stare,
through ceiling fans and empty air.
wishing past my one regret,
that i could still have you there.

Our Last Days
Eyes creek open on a warm winter morning, a contradiction to start a war. The faint sound of cars humming by on the street creeps out from the glass of my window. The warmth of a lover accompanies the moment, as i run my fingers through her hair. An effort to see if she has woken up. She turns to me and smiles, another day will fall to those lips. I am a young, and very unhappy man, clouded by doubts and low self value. She is a stunning mess, eyes deeper than space and cheeks that carry a permanent smile. I look up at a ceiling, empty and spaceless, how to feel once you’ve given up your...

Our Addictions
I have a voice,
You have a choice.
Listen up and rejoice.
A time at all,
is a time to quarrel,
Standing out in your new apparel.
Your sneakers lift your feet,
The beakers distill your treats.
i ‘ve worked me whole life,
To serve you and these streets.
Judge me as you will,
I’ve always been in your court.
Let’s throw some time,
As if it’s a sport.
My poison for those unaffected,
By times of growth and thoughts conflicted.
Take a sip down, and fall with me,
We can both become addicted
If you look through the tube, ...
You have a choice.
Listen up and rejoice.

Standing out in your new apparel.

Unnatural
Loving you is like growing roots through sand
You’ll slip between my fingers
Shattered pieces
of an unimaginable thickness
Grounded by time
I wish to coexist with you here
As we are, altogether.
Yet your reflection reminds me,
Some struggles don’t see light.
And your rugged ridges,
Will pull the skin from my teeth.
We’ve always been unnatural.
You’ve always been right.

She Had a Name
She had a tragic grace,
as i looked deep into her wondrous eyes
She opened a path into her soul,
if only for a glimpse.
In her Heart i’ve seen beautiful things die,
She takes me in with anticipation,
hoping for a moonlit dance.
Even, if we ever are,
held so steady under the light now.
still etched with unbreakable patterns.
I twirl you around,
your toes leave this earth
And i can feel your gravity,
in the way you speak
So we will save our voices for now.
I’ll watch you fly just one last time,
My point can wait another day.

Tunnels
As i feel the snow start to cave
Heavy visions of what has been,
I had a beautiful soul to save,
Double sided pain, so easy to pin.
She just could not behave,
Serrated promises, igniting our sin.
Another mad minute, seconds to slave,
Drifting past the words, Never again

Disorder
Crooked eyes can have pierced visions
Into a land lost with haze.
Deflected angles send off angels,
Far away but i still cry out.
Disorders creep out from my veins,
Defining the box i lie in.
Right choices, upon corners,
Sharp critics to a degree.
When did i cross over,
The line of my reality.
How do we depict,
The shapes of our face?
Faint shadows harvest details,
When eyes are void to your frame.
Like a bloodhound in constant search,
Your floods rinsed in new scents.
You’ve made me despise our form,
As new faces turn...

Crashing Down
Tattering of fingernails upon teeth, bones chipped from collision
Your thoughtless composure distraughts your growth.
A mind inside of minds unravels as a steep staircase,
Tumbling towards prosperity while your feet align with sight
One in front of another, suddenly you’re not alone.
Air changes warmth as stale winds brace the lashes of your eyes.
If you’ve fallen again my dear, letters will turn to words in your defence
A will that tires and tries, all in the same, as you were.
Falling under trance of violins your screams aren’t heard,
A crevice is formed...

Arachnid Princess
I try, pressed on like a loose sticker,
You fill your need at my cost,
stretching my seams so i’ll stay,
My beautiful face you’ve played for wrinkles,
Your stardust sprinkles,
i’ve all but lost my soul,
Noplace now is a home,
she’s tried and cried,
I’ll still hang around in the dusk of day,
the clouds are thick for now we’ll play.
I get lost in her eyes as she laughs away,
‘til the day i’m asked to stay.
My hearts been so lost for so long now,
i couldn’t bring the words to her door,
But yet i try,
to orchestrate for you,...

Midnight Whiskey
A new taste flushes my mouth,
Of cherry whiskey and sadness.
Days washed over with your anger,
Clouds the winds when i’m with you.
You shatter my world like the weather.
However,
Breaking is a part of growing,
One day the taste will be atune.
Eyes closed to your demons now,
A long search for clouds,
For which i can dream.
We’ve left it still,
And still i’d wish you’d leave my mind.
Alone in your heart,
My hands colder than ever.
I think i’ve dreamt a departure
Where We’d both wake up refreshed.

My Sweet Siren
Not to last the changing seasons,
we stood hands sewn
Where’d the grounds were as the skies,
weightlessly lifted
Pull me down nor i shall my dear,
more air to breathe in.
She sips lightly into my arms,
her smile tart as smart eyes dart everso,
I cried out towards her colors once,
she blurred out my name accordingly.
Reaching over mortality
her shine can consume,
the heat of a dying light.
I rise for you now,
whispers adrift,
strangers in a sea of turmoil.
Am i to see shore my sweet siren?
You’ve sung me into a map.
Toes...

Where’d the grounds were as the skies,
weightlessly lifted
Pull me down nor i shall my dear,

Youthful Angst
I have once held hate for the heavy opinions of my elders.
Out of dire respect of their titles,
i’ve clawed at their throats,
Hoping to hear something of kin and kindness,
a reassurance that bonds truly exist.
Yet, i’ve been met by tears,
pounding on my back like weight of rain crushing leaves.
This cold, drenched emotion only leaves me feeling cold,
introduced to a breeze by of all i’ve needed in my life.
It seems bittersweet, coming to any stop,
My suffering longs for acclamation.
From your tongue's the best,
i’ve lost my words in fury....
