A Game Of Regret
I've noticed nowadays you seem distant
You took your love away in an instant
Just like that gone without warning
I didn't recognize the void that was forming
How did I manage to miss the signals that were shown?
My mind drifted to another place
My heart didn't provide enough space
That you needed so you felt left out
It was taken up by all my doubt
I pushed you away and now you don't answer your phone
If I could turn back the clock I would
I should've realized I had it good
Now I'm missing you more than ever
Wishing now that I've treated you...

Just Met
I put myself in sudden danger
I woke up next to this sexy stranger
Sleeping by my side yes my anger
Has reached its all time high
How the hell did I end up here?
It's all a blur it don't seem clear
I wish that he would disappear
I don't even know this guy
A night at the club has instantly turned

My Darkest Hour
My new collection of poetry untitled its the truth no more hiding
I've been waiting for my knight in shining armor
To free me from my dungeon of feelings I start to harbor
Lately these past few weeks I'm starting to get bothered
So stressed out completely I have to pray to my holy Father
I know I'm not the perfect guy but I try to come close
That's one of the few things in life I had to struggle with most
Still going through it till this day with a hard drink in my hand
My life is a hourglass time falling through like the sand

Nothing To Do
Growing up in the ghetto
I had a lot of bad influences in my life
All I hear is the echoes
Of all the people crying from all the pain and strife
Didn't expect to see tomorrow
Because I was so blinded by my yesterdays
All I saw was the sorrow
In the world filled with evil ways
Nothing to do but keep hope alive and pray for a miracle
Nothing to do but to close my eyes and pretend to be invisible
Nothing to do but to count my blessings
Instead of nurturing the negativity nesting
