The Man In The Mirror
I was on my way from the city where I studied to my hometown. In Augsburg I got off the train. There was still an hour left until the departure of the connecting bus. So I decided to visit the station restaurant.
After enjoying a cup of cappuccino and reading a newspaper, I went to the public toilet to freshen up. Washing my hands, I raised my head and looked into the mirror. To my surprise I spotted a man standing behind me. I was confused. Did I accidentally enter the men's restroom?
The leering grin that appeared on the man's face taught me better. Slowly I turned around and...

The Magic Box
I carry with me on any occasion
A box full of love and compassion
Like a cloud of fairy dust I blow
Loving kindness wherever I go
A friendly smile to a stranger
Help for an animal in danger
Comforting words for the grieving
Without compassion I'm not leaving
Today I left my box under a tree
Wishing that the finder will feel free
To take a big piece of the magic of love
In the box is for everybody enough
Kindness is contagious and I hope
The virus of love goes around the globe
And causes a massive...

Magic Of New Beginnings
Stripped of leaves of hope and confidence
You're caught in winter's cold embrace
Snow covers you like a white shroud
Hold on, little tree, your rebirth is near
Spring will assist you as your midwife
The scent of flowers lingers in the air
A soft breeze caresses your barky skin
Sun rays worship your swelling buds

Big Black Bird
Madness
Humming, an old woman rocks herself
A man repeats a word again and again
Two older women are fighting for a doll
Somewhere a. radio is blaring loud
Another ordinary day begins as usual
And I am part of this community of fate
My new home is a caring home
Defect entity
A thinking mind and a loving heart
Locked in a frail disabled body
One of God"s abandoned children
Superfluous and useless for society
Mercíless sorted out and deported
A deeply desperate fallen angel
With unsuitable disheveled wings ...

Forgiveness
Eagerly you build your own bird cage
Accusements, anger and revenge
Are the bars surrounding you
Like in a never-ending loop
You replay hurtful experiences
In front of your inner eye
Forgive!
Forgive freely!
Forgive others!
Forgive yourself!
Your plumage has turned pale
Your song doesn't sound happy anymore
Now is the time to let go of
Resentments, trouble and despair
All the self-destructive feelings
You have carried far too long

Dear Mary Magdalene!
I know you're a woman honest and kind.
I want to ask you some questions, if you don't mind.
They say you had to prostitute yourself to survive.
If that's true, I pity your hard life.
They say you were a sinner, by demons possessed.
But I think you were neither sinful nor obsessed.
Church fathers defended their power with might.
That's why they tried to silence you, am I right?
You played a significant role in Jesus' life.
Were you an apostle or even his wife?
He trusted you secrets not easy to understand
Which you were intuitively...

Full Moon ín Love
Once in a month I cry for your love
Without words but loud and clear
Don't look around you, I'm not here
Find me high in the sky above
Sometimes I reach out for you
My moonbeam fingers stroke your fur
Until almost like a cat you purr
And I feel that you love me too
Protected by the velvety night
I kiss you soft and tender
Caress you with my splendor
Your yellow eyes reflect my light

Total loss of control

Another lovely day in paradise.
The sky is coloured in orangy red
When from their wildflower bed
Adam and Eve gently rise.
All of nature breathes peace.
