The Passages of Time
Walking along
Listening to the same ol song
Thinking about life
And all the strife
Trying to figure out where my life is going
Hoping that this all leads to something
My future I wish to defend
Looking for it to never end
Trying to find my route to the clouds
Removing myself from all these hectic sounds
All this grief and pain
Could drive anyone insane
Then there was her
And I knew everything was set forever
Long and shiny was her hair
So beautiful I cannot bear
Her eyes seem to explode like a supernova ...
Listening to the same ol song
Thinking about life

My Life is a Love Song
All I saw was your eyes
And all I wanted to devise
Was a night
Keeping you in my sight
Being able to see the light shift within
While thinking of you, all I can do is grin
It may be sin
But for me, this is how it has always been
Always have I been afloat in life
Living a life full of strife
Then you came along
And my life became a love song
Long rides through the night
Every aspect of this journey I wish to write
Never wanting to fight
Because being with you is such a delight
The way you smile
Makes...

Jealousy
sickness of the mind and body
rocking and rolling through ones body
silver daggers of poison leaking
passing impenetrable walls
the stomach twisting in to knots
over and over
creating designs never before seen
in or outside of the human body
stomach clenching
the burn of bile in the throat
complete emptiness within one's soul
and everything they had begun to build comes crashing down around them
the unquenchable desire to be rid of this curse
this sulfuric curse
a curse that binds my throat
allowing no words from the...

My Fears
Stuck on replay
I can’t even say “Hey”
All my worst moments
Laid out before me in perfect increments
All I want to do is close my eyes
And wipe away the disguise
The disguise of the perfect world I live in
Even through all this sin
The perfect increments of my fears
Knocks me to my knees and forces out tears
I struggle and fight
All they reveal is right
Seeing all of my failures and weaknesses
Is like Déjà Vu, I have already seen this
The darkness flips across my vision
Indicating another transition
My fears...

In Love with an Immortal
Never have I seen something so beautiful
I am addicted to this feeling
I have the gift of sight
The ability to see the metaphysical world
And of all the metaphysical beings
I fell in love with Anubis
Seeing him standing over a newly deceased
The soul rise out of the cooling body
Only to be guided
To the underworld
I love Anubis
With his flawless body
And his slick
Jackal head
I vow to see Anubis as often as I can
And so I will remove lives from this world
Everyday I see his flawlessness

The Loss
Why must it end this way?
A continuous never ending circle
The fight with a family member
Space required and achieved
Something awful happens
And never had the chance to clean the slate
Always thinking of the "What If's"
Never considering the perks
This life we lead is full of sadness
And pain
How are we supposed to live happily,
If all we can do is mourn our losses?
The loss of a family member
The loss of a close friend
The loss of a love partner
The loss of what matters most

Summer Night Revelation
Standing outside long enough
Makes those with great minds become greater
Minds sent afloat in an ocean of nothingness
To makes something of the pure stillness
In a particular situation
On a late summer night
My mind wandering into times and worlds
Never before imagined
I was brought back to reality
Rather confused
I closed my eyes
And allowed my head to fall back
So that when I opened my eyes
The heaven would be spread before me
I try to locate the object
That brought my attention
Back to this mundane field

Nyx- Primordial Goddess of Night
Curse these weak beings
Even if they are my play things
The rid the world of my being
Because they are afraid of not seeing
This darkness is beauty
And apparently exterminating it is their duty
They fear the gift of blind sight
Indeed they're not at all bright
A true gift they repent
But they will receive it, I am hell bent
Why did that cursed Titan have to do this
Prometheus gave them light and bliss
From there they evolved
But that can be solved
They think they can keep me away with their "electricity"...
Even if they are my play things

Letter To Lucifer
To the Fallen One (Lucifer) whom it may concern:
Why could you have not taken me under your wing? To think of how much more interesting it would have been to be an apprentice to the "Fiend of Fiends". Unrivaled cunning, a force of darkness, Immortal, and devilishly handsome. After all, most women are attracted to the bad boy, and I would be the baddest and classiest of them all.
Although I must say, even though I doubt in the existence of "God", I do not doubt the existence of you. I just hope that you can grant me with the knowledge of life, love and...

Letter To God
To the Creator (God) whom it may concern:
Never have I full heartedly believed in your existence. And yet, even in my most philosophical moments, I doubt the belief of other's in your existence. Why would someone so powerful, so all knowing, allow so much darkness, despair, pain and death into the lives of his/her "children"? There have always been reasons for me to doubt you but that is by far on of the least selfish and reasonable questions I could ask. Here is one on the other side of the realm... Why is it I must despair over the trials of the heart, actually trying to...

Regrets
For all the things I didn't say
For all the things I didn't do
To all the people I wish I could have kept in my life
I have so many regrets
To the woman I have been crushing on for years
I have one regret when it comes to you
I regret no kissing you when I had the chance
Because now you are out of my reach
I wish not to kiss you now
For you will surely eliminate me from your company
To the woman down the street
I apologize for how I acted
It was not intentional
Anymore it is how I am
Seeing the happiness in those around me...
