Come walk in darkness with me
Be mine for all eternity
I shall show you what I can give
I shall make your life one to live
We will climb to the heights of pleasure
You will have something to treasure
Whisper softly to me
Your every fantasy
I can make them all come true
There will be no wanting for you.

SMOKE
Ehxale see the smoke, the way it curls and swirls
Peer through the mystical curtain contained within
See the mythical shapes of the future,
Of your dreams
See the world as it should be
Let your mind hang suspended
Bounce from tendril to tendril
Sway against mushroom clouds
As they billow around you
One direction then the other
Swing your subconcious around yourself
Then back again
Get lost in the haze
When it all clears out
Do it over again.
Peer through the mystical curtain contained within

Scream
Looming monster, deep inside
Kept in check by just my pride
Slimy thoughts, murky deeds
Hidden for consideration of other's needs
The pressure builds, breaks down my wall
Head pounds, cant breathe at all
Forces its way up out of my soul
Have to keep it down have to keep control
What would happen if I lost control
Could my world be swallowed by a dark' black hole
Could I find my life a horrible dream
or would it just come out a soul-shattering, gut-wrenching,
life-destroying SCREAM?
Kept in check by just my pride
Slimy thoughts, murky deeds
Hidden for consideration of other's needs

Help me please,
I'm breaking down
In all these tears,
I'm going to drown
I'm turning circles,
Round and round
It does no good,
I've run aground
Get nowhere,
No matter how I try
Don't tell me it's okay,
I know its a lie.

A Lost Little Girl
Walk with me into the night,
Take my hand, it's alright
I swear I won't lead you astray,
In the morning sun you'll be ok,
Just once or twice around the bend,
I promise you it's not the end,
Keep on moving right along,
We'll hear the night sing its song,,
Come with me I'll need your help
I just can't do it by myself,
Please be my friend I need one bad,
I'm always just so lonely and sad.
I'd never be that way if you were with me too.
You'll stay with me forever won't you?

Goodbye Nobody
Invisible to those around
No matter how I stand my ground
Just call me nobody
Rip the beating heart from my chest
Haunt you for a lifetime with no rest
Just call me nodody
Take care of you for the rest of your life
Be your rock in times of strife

Nobody is all I'll ever be

The Mother nurturing and sweet
Forgiving and kind
Seeth past the faults
To what lies behind.
The Maiden charming and cold
She'll damn you with her smile
Judge you to the harshest
Leave you fearful all the while.
The Crone all seeing and wise
Need not speak to voice her thoughts

My Mother Goose
Red rover, red rover,
Let no one come over,
Cause they keep telling me,
The same things over and over,
They're worse than the voices in my head,
Telling me I'm better off dead,
And keeping my demons well fed,
Row, row, row your boat,
If you can keep the damn thing afloat,
For something else on a different note,
Sing a song of sixpence,
Pocket full of rye,
I can't find my way back when all I do is cry,
And I can't see the light to even try,
Why turn the tide and change the times,
When Mother Goose's nursery rhymes,

The River
The moon shines down upon me
her light illuminates my path
caresses my naked skin
the forest is quiet tonight
as if it is watching waiting for something
there is a river here somewhere
I feel as if I must find it
Or the consequences will be dire
Shhh I hear it, a faint rushing
Coming from the east
Im running now
Closer and closer, louder and louder
Finally past the last stretch
There it is
What beauty what power
The river is huge water swirling, clashing
I fling myself over the edge of the bank
And into the powerful arms...

Just A Sip
Pass me a swallow,
Let me drown in my sorrow,
We'll worry about today tomorrow,
I'm not an alcoholic,
Just in need of a stiff drink, a straight shot,
Then things will be better though, they're really not,
A swig of liquid courage,
To get me through the day,
Is all that's required, then I'll be on my way,
Don't stress about it,
I won't drown in the stuff,
I swear I'll put it down as soon as I've had enough.

Feelings so true
Between us two
No discontented lies
Hiding behind each others eyes
To give and recieve
Hope and believe
Have nothing come between

But this can never be

DRUGS POEM

Drug Dream
Golden sunshine slides down my throat
I close my eyes and away i float
Down a rushing, crashing river
Of wonderful, burning, beautiful liquor
It carried me over on to the bank
I made it to shore and then I sank
into a pile of angel dust
and lose myself in power and lust
Up I soared into a sky thats blurred
and inhale the deepest ether vapored
the colors bright, feelings intense
Everything real and true, no pretence
but then I come to barren wasteland
crash into crushed glass sand.
The colors are gone the feeling long past...
