If you took the time
If you took the time to listen,
you could hear whispers of help
not cries, no
never cries for help
If you took the time to see
the missing little pieces
in an otherwise giant puzzle
where you would not have noticed the empty spaces before
If you took the time to inhale
just one breath after the other
and stopped to smell the roses
every once in awhile
maybe you would realize
that people are dying
from hungry diseases
and the women in our society
don't know the feeling of innocence
If you took the time to help
the world...

come little children
follow me here to the place where you can not be hurt
come to my garden veiled in the shadows
come here sweet children
I'll lead you out of the maze of
pain and murder
beauty and love
rape and passion
come little children
I'll take you away
to a safe place
where the sky cannot sway
where you don't have to be wary of life any longer
where you can come to grow and be stronger
the time has come to dance and sing
forget the blood and sorrow
forget what the hands of corruption fed you

Beautiful flower
in my heart
planted by a grazing dart
planted by sweet Daisy Bell
never did I realize
an invisible string followed that seed in there
It took some time, but surely
I'd fallen for lovely Daisy Bell

To My Little Bird
I'm so grateful for you, you have no idea how much I appreciate and rely on your existence. Without your knowing, your outstretched arm was my pillar of support, your laughter the only thing I could hear. You think I helped you to survive, you think I am a strong person who will let you lean on them if your legs are to weak to stand. In all honesty you were my unknowing hero and a friend I desperately needed.
So, I thank you for every sweet word you've written towards me.
I thank you for being who you are, and telling me nothing but the truth about myself, yourself and the world....

Please help me
Dear brother,
Please help me, please I'm begging you
You who lies beyond the grave
To help me, because my heart is breaking into a million pieces
And I don't have enough hands to catch them all.
I know I sound pitiful, but I need your help to find all the pieces and put me back together
Just like humpty dumpty whose king sent horses and men to make him whole again,
but unlike humpty dumpty(who had all the kings horses and all the kings men) I only have you because the one crushed my soul was the one who I trusted most of all.
I know I must be disturbing you...

Please, smile and be happy
We were meant to live for so much more
But today we lost sight of what's ahead
I know I could've been a better person
I could've made you happier
If you'd given me a second chance to be your friend
If you'd only looked at me a second time
What happened to the goodstuff in the middle of our lives
What happened to the time we spent together
We were meant to live for so much more
But I lost sight of what's ahead
I screwed up,
Or maybe we just don't fit together anymore
I don't know how to go on without the person who saved my life ...
But today we lost sight of what's ahead
I know I could've been a better person
I could've made you happier

One decision gone wrong
Meet this girl Lisa and hear her story
like so many others who chose so poorly
her life now would never be the same
and she only had her bad decisions to blame
She met Jack, and he made her feel good
said all the things a nice guy would
and not knowing that he was infected
until 3 months later when she got tested
instantly life changed, dreams rearranged
HIV is hers for all eternity
through sex it would suffice,
though it wasn’t permitted
usually by blood it is transmitted
that boy she met wasn’t committed

Night
He looked like the night
with his silky long hair splayed
beautifully around in a fan
dark with a twinge of blue shine
never saw his face
as he slept that first day
didn't need to
just took pictures of his sleeping body
and left them for him to look at
I wondered if he liked it
but I got my answer quick
when he screamed with joy
in the early morning hours
upon his awakening
I took photos everyday
for a whole week
when on the eighth day
I got bored
so I did what anyone would do
I drew him,

Black Angel
Oh, dazzling angel above the sea
Can you forgive me? Are you my angel? Meant for me
I believe you are my savior, in my time of need.
But I can hear from deep down below, the warning whispers
of your evil deeds.
I can see the lights that lead up to your feet, I couldn't believe
something so beautiful could be so evil.
My faith was shaken, stolen indeed.
No remorse in my eyes, because I still remember the laughter
when you tore out my heart.
