I wished me into your world today
Snowy streets, mochas with whipped cream
And Paulo Coelho's passion
Pillow fights over the wet spot
And " where's my glasses"
Opened cans of diet coke
In the fridge
Hair stopping up the tub drain
Boots by the staircase
I wished me there, I wished so
I could stay forever

We are Music
I still taste the sweetness of your lips
My skin tingles from thoughts of our passion
Dreams tonight will leave me delirious
With desire and with tears as I long
To be wrapped in you again
Love's magic revealed as you slept
peacefully in my arms
Hearts beating in synced harmony,
Each breath an echo of soul's immortal whispering
Our dance floor of cotton and down
Still sings of the music we composed
A symphony of note and lines,
Instruments and musicians
Brought to a conductor's
Perfection

It rose high on the horizon one August day
A new planet in the midst of two worlds
Haloed in stars, misted of hopes and dreams
Invisible to Hubble scans, A Venus with two rings.
Oxygen perfect environment,
Breathing life where there was none
Love thrives in this world
Passion hotter than the sun
Intimacy crescents it's highest arc
As this planet begins to spin
the two worlds left in its shadow
As reality of its existence sets deeply in
Hope for a future

Shimmer moonlight across my ocean tonight
Pushing waves gently over my feet as I dig
My toes into the sand at water's edge
Paint the waves one by one for me
Their seaweed and foam laced footprints
Erasing all evidence of my solitude
I breathe deep the serenity of the shadows
Cast by your Illumination as sea spray
Mists my soul with whispers of you
Tide's drum beats steadily the song
My heart sings for you
