Seduce you like a laureate
Make love to you in rhythmic ode
Where I exclaim with heavy breaths
I'll swallow your dictum inch-by-inch
My tongue drips mana where laurels fall

Hieroglyphs of our love
If I was a poet
I would have effortlessly
conceived of the words
to conquer your heart.
And compose sentences
so you can know mine
I would capture
drops of thoughts
and mix it with the ancient
hieroglyphs of our love
I would paint a tranquil beach,
a deep blue sea,
then I would steal the secrets
of your heart to carve it out
in our tree, next to mine
I would have effortlessly
conceived of the words
to conquer your heart.
And compose sentences
so you can know mine

REVERIE
I want to search deeper into your soul,
deeper and deeper still
I want to search ardently
for every facet
in the sanctuary of your humanness
and make it mine
I want to conquer you;
I want to feel you
like delicate raindrops
steadily falling on my face
I want to believe again
in being a child
innocent, hopeful and wide-eyed
to live a life of careless abandon...
Even if it’s elusive and
only
temporary.
deeper and deeper still
I want to search ardently
for every facet

I love you. I hate you (revised)
I stand here, forced to bear the monstrous truth
about this thing that turned out to be my life
We are here together but you are not truly ‘here” with me
What does it mean when you say that you meant
every word at the time?
How could you tell me day after day for a decade
that you love me completely and that you want to
spent forever with me, that you respect me and
care for me and can’t live without me?
You made me trust completely in you and then turn around
and claim to have stopped loving me…
You can’t believe I didn’t know that you...
about this thing that turned out to be my life

(I tried to translate to english but this was a case of lost in translation as the flow and meaning was lost...)

I am merely a woman
What can I say to you and know that you would believe me?
That you are the person I was born to be with,
the person I was made to love,
the person I live for.
How can I explain so you will know that you are the reflection of my heart?
That in the shelter of each day you are the only one on my mind,
that I live spenting my life trying to understand your heart
that you are the air that I breath.
How can I make you understand that you are a part of me?
That my love for you was created when my first DNA
was laid down in delicate spirals,...
That you are the person I was born to be with,
the person I was made to love,
the person I live for.

Funeral
A better poet would have found the words
to describe the broken hearted
so that the reader can feel
the rejection in his own heart.
A greater poet would have been able
to paint the desolation in bright colours
So the world can see the fullness
Of the emptiness.
An exceptional poet would have contained the loneliness
so completely in black and white characters
that even a crowd would speechlessly
question in God and their faith.
But this poet doesn’t know the right words
and she has to stand here
in...

Inextricably tethered and intertwined
our hearts are bound together.
You, the mirror image in which I live
I, the season in your year

flowing over me

The truth
Innocence lost can never be regained
Knowledge cannot be un-learned
That momentwhen yourealize the truth
Is also the moment you can never go back to
You cannot pretend or deny what you have learned
as you cannot hide from yourself, you own mind
Youhave to accept that the world just changed
Its bigger and uglierin one single moment
and nothing,NOTHING will EVER be the same again...

You never where...
I thought you were my friend
I shared my joys and sorrows with you
never pushed you away
I always took your side
cause I could see in you
the same chaos that’s in me
I understood that you needed support
as did I,
someone who might understand
and not judge
It was difficult for me to trust again
but some how I did
you were my friend
now I know that it was all a lie
you knew what was happening
and you did not warn me
you heard it straight from him
but did not care enough
you chose betrayel above our friendship
you...
