I wanna break free from this life which is strangling me.
Got nowhere to go, nowhere to run, this life is killing me.
I wanna fly away to another day, leave my mind behind, become someone elses world.
I wanna see a light, give up this fight.
Sing me a lullaby and hold me close coz i don't wanna fall no more.
Sick of being mixed up, fucked up, hard luck.
I wanna stop the suffocation that has overcome me, need a break from this reality.
Need to say goodbye.

There she sits again hugging her knees,
New house, diferent doorway, same pain.
Alone and miss understood, afraid and
angry,
Foolish to believe things could be any diferent.
She listens to the anger downstairs while she tries
to block the sadness, but

Pushed around, torn apart by fuckin assholes,
See no point in having

The cycle goes on endlessly repeating,

Caught in this web, an eternal maize,
Happiness seems just a passing phase.
Running in circles, cant escape the pain,
Blindfolded, deluded, never break the chain.
Barely breathing, not receiving comfort that is offered me,
Just cant grasp it, think im past the notion that i could be free.
So much here, wont disappear,
But im on the outside lookin in,
Through this looking glass memories of the past blocking light, im wearing thin.
