Mayday!
Tears stream down my face.
I am such a disgrace.
I can't do anything right.
I hate my thoughts at night.
Depression runs through my veins.
Nothing but sad thoughts in my brain.
I chase my demons.
I try to hide my feelings.
I put on smile.
It's never worthwhile.
I tell everyone I am fine.
I really just want to flatline.
Just a captain lost on her own ship.
Always screaming Mayday!

Heartstrings Entwined: A Love's Melody
In the realm of love, I find my place,
With you, my dear, in warm embrace.
As sweet as honey, as gentle as dew,
My heart sings only love for you.
Through days of laughter, nights of care,
Together, our bond we steadily bear.
Yet, amidst the joys, sometimes we part,
In stormy words that tear at the heart.
But know, my love, it's not in vain,
For through the tempest, love shall reign.
In every argument, a chance to renew,

Never enough
In the echoing halls of my mind,
I searched for love I couldn't find,
A constant yearning, undefined,
Never enough to ease the bind.
I'd chase your praise with all my might,
But it slipped through the cracks of night,
Like a fleeting star's fading light,
Leaving my heart in endless plight.
I painted dreams with colors bold,
In hopes your approval I'd hold,
Yet your expectations, I was told,
Were impossible, my spirit sold.
I longed to be your pride and joy,
Your little girl, your golden boy,
But my efforts...
I searched for love I couldn't find,

Being told how to act and what to say.
It's all part of your silly game.
I am never going to be good enough for you.
What else is new?
I guess what I am trying to say is,
I am not playing this game.
I will be myself.
If someone else has to be in your life and I don't like them consider me gone.
I am not going to make you pick.
This world is fucked up so I must leave behind the bad.
You all are driving me mad.
I would rather have no one in my life,
than to have a bunch of heartless jerks in it.
Is there anyone out there not...

Cutting my wrists.
Watching the blood.
Dripping slowly to the floor.
Drip. Drip.
Will I ever heal of this pain?
Will I ever have a smile on my face?
You were once my one and only.

Anger runs through my veins.
Thick black liquid.
I call it hate.
I sit here with wild eyes.
All you can do is tell me lies.
I feel a burning in my spine
A rising fire I can't control.
i think I am ready to let go.
I will let the this fire devour my soul.

long flowing dress.
Blacker than black.
Blood dripping from her blade.
All you feel is her hate.
The woman in black has a mysterious disguise.
Only a few know by looking into her eyes.

Instead of picking it up,
You kicked me while I was down.
It's like I can't get through to you.
Hitting on other girls while I remain true.
What do I do?

I feel like I should just leave.
Would it make things easier for you?
You made a promise, and you can't keep it.
