Inferno in Oz - 5
PART II: THE HUNT FOR OSCAR DIGGS
Once revered by all the land,
Brilliant (yet hardly brave),
The Man behind the Curtain
Is now hiding in a cave.
Scrambling over jagged rocks
Climbing till his limbs are sore,
And, hyperventilating, cries,
"Where's that blasted door?!
I swear they put him here somewhere,"
He mutters, trembling fearfully;
"Aha! I knew I'd find the door --
Now where's the little key?"
At last, the door is wrenched ajar,
And frightened humbug ducks within,
Cloaked in silent...

Inferno in Oz - 4
In lands of yellow Winkie folk
Ruled over by a man of tin,
Neck Chopper hears a distant cry
Familiar, but thin.
"What is that sound," he asks the air,
"That distant calling that I hear?
Is there something out there, or
Have I a tinnish ear?"
The palace doors swing open wide,
As crowds of subjects fill the room;
They shriek of dark clouds, howling winds
And fear of coming doom.
"The yellow lands, your Majesty,
They wither to an empty grey!
Something evil this way comes --
We have to run...

Chapbook: King Series I - 'Carrie'
1.
In Chamberlain (near Lewiston, in Maine),
Scratched upon a desk with hateful spite,
More cruelty toward her, yet again;
Just another day for Carrie White.
Both school and home are places of abuse --
The wretched girl can't seem to catch a break.
It's not her fault she's awkward and abstruce,
But even Momma says she's a mistake:
A child of marital rape, her Momma claims,
And by a filthy demon thus possessed;
But which of them should burn in Satan's flames--
Poor mother, or the daughter she's oppressed?
Is Carrie poisoned by...

The Shed
(Outside)
There's a red-haired girl locked in my shed,
If I let her out, I'm probably dead,
I keep her there chained to the wall;
She barely makes much noise at all.
I found her naked on the road,
Confused and hungry, walking slowed,
Brought her back home, here with me,
And when alert, she begged loudly:
"Lock me somewhere safe and dark
No matter if I growl and bark;
A monster lives inside of me,
Ever clawing itself free;
Lusting blood and human meat,
Please, I beg - help me retreat!
If there's a full moon...

Outside Voice
Thy Diligence, my love, is of a sort not often found,
To prey upon my Chastity, and render it unwound,
And yet, a certain Kindness does thine intention surround,
As if in Charity, my pleasure thou hast tightly bound,
A certain inner Temperance is lacking, I have found,
Thus with great Humility, let thy desires abound,
And may I show you Solace in my Heaven's choral sound.
Inside Voice
Lest I incur thy Wrath, my pet, permit me now explain,
In fewer words than my thin Pride believes it doth contain,
That I would lap with...

Slippery (Solo Renga)
My god-- oh my god...
Right there, darling... just like that.
Yes, love... there we go...
God, I love your skin.
Slithering against me... yes...
Hot and slippery...
Take hold of my wrists.
Pin them both above my head.
Good, now… nice and slow.
Up... and down. Good girl.
You and I fit perfectly,
Wouldn't you agree?
God, you're beautiful.
I could watch you move like this
All the goddamn time.
Little faster now...
Yes-- oh god! Those fingernails,
And your perfect moans...
Faster, love. Harder!...

Inferno in Oz - 3
High up in a ruddy tree,
Safe from harm (though terrified)
Lion watches o'er his woods
And all who dwell inside.
Goosebumps crawl across his flesh
As the sky grows dark and cold --
Something angry heads this way:
A rage so very old...
And yet, what's that the lion sees --
A furry creature, small and black?
"Toto's here," he asks himself,
"Does that mean Dorothy's back?"
But something doesn't feel alright...
'What's he doing sitting there,
And has he been eating more?
He's near big as a bear.'

Faces
There are faces
Faces in the ceiling
The ceiling tiles
I can see them
staring right back at me
Waiting
Waiting for me to blink
So they can inch
Just a

Inferno in Oz - 2
Deep in lands of midnight blue
Where once ruled Witch of wicked cause,
Straw man hangs in field of corn:
Scarecrow, King of Oz.
Knowing not how he arrived,
Or why he can't move but an inch --
The pins and needles of his brain
Have ceased to poke or pinch.
'I know this is no nightmare, and
Suspect I am alive (not dead),
But something here is deeply wrong,
For this is not my head.'
He tries to speak, but has no mouth
Or nose, and but one working eye;
No clue how he wound up here,
And no idea why.

Sonnet - Barrel
Yes, this is a gun pointed at you.
Walk over to the plastic on the floor.
I'm sure you've many questions -- I would too,
But I don't have the patience. Shut the door.
And honestly, I've not the gift of gab,
Nor any urge to share what I'm about;
I'm here because you haven't paid your tab.
Now slowly, put the barrel in your mouth.
Take your clothes off -- patient, not too fast.
Stop crying. Smile, and do a dance for me.
That's it, baby -- make that moment last.
"Show me what a bad girl you can be."
It's you who said that...

Inferno in Oz - 1
Curled up in in a furry ball,
Tiny dog naps sleepily;
Suddenly, his ears perk up --
But what does Toto see?
Someone walking through the sand,
Familiar, but something's wrong...
Her steps are slow and purposeful,
Her eyes intense and strong.
Could it be her? Has she come home?
It's been so long since she's been here;
The urge to see her overwhelms,
But there's a twinge of fear.
It's Dorothy, his nose affirms,
But different somehow, so enraged --
He feels her pain as if his own,
And now it's been uncaged.

Tease (Sweet Talk, cont'd)
I see London
I see France
I see your body
I see you dance
Hips that sway
And hypnotize
I drink thee in
With thirsty eyes
Curves in sync
Such perfect rhythm
Build within me
Cataclysm
The sinful grin
Thou knowst thy skill
Own me, love
Tear down my will
Make of it
Thy humble slave
'Tis what I want
'Tis what I crave
Have me undone
Lost, entranced
For I see London
I see France
I see France
I see your body
I see you dance
Hips that sway
And hypnotize
I drink thee in
With thirsty eyes
Curves in sync
