You're all I ever see.
Keep swimming in the seas of gold
Reminding me of the life I left behind,
‘Cause I'm watching my new life unfold
Into a beautiful “forever” state of mind.

The End of the Motherf**king World
So i was talking to my girl.
I said
“Baby if the world were ending tonight
(I mean I know it's not but hear me out),
If the world were gonna end,
I wouldn't mind.”
I said
“I'd be okay with it
Because for the first time in my life,
I am happy.
If the world were to end,
I would die happy
Because of you baby.”
She gave me a giggle and a smile in response.
I said
“But the world Isn’t ending.
You're still alive.”
She asked what I meant.
“Baby, you are my world.”
I said

Mac 'N' Cheese
People are surprised that I'm bisexual.
(Especially guys.)
They say
“No way! I would've never guessed that!”
As though I have to wear a rainbow-striped speedo everytime I go to the beach
Like it's some sort of requirement to being bisexual,
But I guess I never got that message.
Yeah, I'm bisexual.
“How are you bisexual?”
I say
“Actually I can explain pretty easily.
What's your favorite food?
Mac ‘N' Cheese?
Alright, why do you like Mac ‘N' Cheese?”
“I like the cheese.”
“No, that's not what I asked.
I didn't ask...

Shooting Star
You casted my eyes into a fixed gaze
Upon your countenance.
Your casket lay in that grave.
Exactly 6 feet of distance
Separate me from you and I---
I can still hear those words.
“Lacey is no longer alive.”
And I die too, but not aloud.
You were a shooting star,
Casting my gaze upon you,
Turn my head to you.
I am shedding this skin tonight.
Your soul ablaze across the sky,
I wish upon you,
My shining shooting star,
Come back to me
And show me that wishes
Really do come true, ...

There are a million and one
Words in the spoken language,
But my heart knows words
That the mouth cannot speak true.

If words are missing
From a spoken tongue,

One for Me, Two for Her
Many years ago,
I saw it;
Something nobody
Ever
Should have to see:
The light fading from a
Human beings eyes;
And in those moments,
I gave them their first kiss
Because her death was a suicide
And I will not let her go
To her next life as unhappy
As when she left this one.
I gazed the life out of her eyes,
Watched the breath leave her,
Felt her grip loosen on my shirt,
Lost the friend I once loved so dearly,
And cursed God in her name.
