POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I write both erotic and non-erotic poetry. My erotic poetry speaks the language of dominance and submission. My non-erotic poetry is mostly introspective with the occasional social commentary.
Dawn Into Bliss
Morning is a pale mirage
As you roll over and
Slide into me
Ray by Ray the sun creeps
Upon bodies intertwined
In lovers’ dance
You are well-kept and hungry
Devouring what stands in
Your way, teeth on breasts
Mouth on my neck
Driving me to completion
You know how to taste
And how to tease
Slow rhythm driving me
To madness as I beg
“Please!” I moan and
You answer with
Deep laughter
As the sun crests the sky
You move faster until
I shatter like the light
Bursting through the window
You...

Pebbles
I have learned now that
Love is like the rocks
Beneath the water
Even what you see clearly
Changes over time
You are a pebble
Loosened by the flow and
I must watch you
Ride the rapids until
You come to rest somewhere new
I wish I could take that ride
With you, tucking you safe
In my pocket but instead
I stand on the shore
Blowing kisses
As you drift away.
Love is like the rocks

The Night's Watch
Night falls and now
My watch begins
I watch as you reach
For me, rough skin against soft
The stars appear and
I am wishing for your lips
Soft against my delicate
Pink skin, your tongue
To savor and to taste
The moon bears witness
To our joining
Hip to hip with sighs
And intimate groans
A nighttime mating
We love among twisted
Sheets and scattered pillows
Ecstasy compelled by
Bodies on fire with lust
And the need to complete
Strain and thrust we battle
Across the bed until with

Shattered Glass
I miss you the way
Certain small things
Are missed
Paper kisses or
Moonlit stones
The way sunshine
Can tell time by
Its shadow
Or the way cats
Leave tiny pawprints
In dust
I miss you the way
Water moves
Surrounding and enveloping
A soundless thunder
that raises deep words
far below the cities
of lost time
the way hunger gnaws
or lightning splits
Unwary trees
I miss you the way
Children share secrets
Or bitter women pass gossip
For a moment and forever
Quiet whispers in
The empty...

The Whispering Woods
I love you the way
Certain dark things are loved
In a hurried secret
Where passing hands
Make promises of what’s to come
I love you the way
Certain wild things draw you near
And you go closer
Closer still until
You have captured them.
I love the way you take
Me in the open air
Rain blessing our faces
As you rock to completion
In the cradle of my thighs
I love the way you have
Set me apart from the raggedy
Throng and made me your
Lady of the evening
With apparel and shoes

Green and Growing
Innocence in flowers
My palms open towards you
As if towards the sun
I need you for my every nourishment
I need you for my growing
I need you and that is enough
In all things and in all ways
You are where I turn my face
The one who plucks my petals
Counts all the ways you love me not
And all the ways you love me
My palms open towards you
As if towards the sun
I need you for my every nourishment

Darkness Falls
The rustling brush of shoulders
In the cool edged air
Darkness falling into hands
That reap the fruit of flesh
With creak and gasp
The low glow of a
Lamp somewhere east
Of never as bodies slide
Inch by languid inch
Into collision
The unannounced breaking
Of a sacred silence as
Two shadows merge in the
Ancient give and take
Of fertility
You and I lie close
Then closer still as
We steal ecstasy from
The angels in our
Tangled corner of
The night
In the cool edged air
Darkness falling into hands
That reap the fruit of flesh
With creak and gasp
The low glow of a
Lamp somewhere east
Of never as bodies slide

Early Morning Wishing
Words do not find me
Easily these days
I am silent sometimes
For days
Always pushing against
My tongue are all
The things I want
To tell you but know
You will not hear
I want to tell you
You are beautiful
And that you complete me
In ways I never thought
Like sweet cream and
Coffee edged with sugar
I want to tell you
I am lost without you
But I know you will
Not hear today
I wish you joy and Jesus
And all that is holy
And right until the day
All those times I said I love you
Wakens your...

Consumed
You bring me to
Your bed of tastes
And as fire licks along
The bed sheets
You make my body bend
I seek air as
You explore me my body
Consumed on this altar
A willing sacrifice
To carnal deeds
You taste the center
Of me and I explode
Savory juices to feed
The flames as my
Hand digs into your scalp
Your mouth tastes like
Salt and lemons as you
Crawl upward to
Claim my lips
And I yield to the
Strange taste of
Woman’s honey
Rich and heavy
On your lips
Embers banked until
You...

Game of Faces
In the dark your hands
Seek what your eyes
Can not feel
A supple smoothness
A rippling tide
The current of ecstasy
Pulling you under and away
My hair falls forward
Shielding two blue pools
From the light in your
Dark ones
I am a lover and
An agitator and
I always get what I want
The planes of your
Cheeks and abdomen
Pressed close against mine
You enter me with
Intent expression then
Watch as moonlight
Plays across the sculpture
Of my face
Each expression
Your reassurance of
Complete and total...

Stolen Glory
I tried to have fun
Eating, drinking, talking
Listening to music and
Visiting with friends
But the truth is
I felt neither free nor fair
I missed you
My mind slipping back
To last year and
Water balloon fights
And all the friends
You dragged to the table
It was supposed to be a
Day of glorious celebration
But I felt disillusioned
And downhearted
There was no reason
To make merry because
You went away
And took all my freedom
With you
When night fell I
Wrestled with tears
And writhed in bed alone
Eating, drinking, talking
Listening to music and
Visiting with friends
But the truth is
I felt neither free nor fair
I missed you
My mind slipping back
To last year and
Water balloon fights
And all the friends
You dragged to the table

Fireworks
It spread across the sky
In a golden arc
Bleeding red and blue
Green wildfire
And orange flame
Sonic boom after
Boom as they rose higher
Then closer then
Farther away
I watched the lights
Reflecting in my eyes
Lights of freedom
And liberty
And joy
I reveled in the
Trembling and as
I watched my mind
Crossed the pond
And I thought of you.
In a golden arc
Bleeding red and blue
Green wildfire
And orange flame
Sonic boom after
Boom as they rose higher
Then closer then
Farther away

Reflecting in my eyes
