Everything One Desires- Revised version, with thx to David-McLeod
I thought I'd found my life partner
I felt everything that one could desire
They started calling her a freak
I don't want to torture or torment her,
Making her into a martyr
Today, that's all about to change
For now I believe in karma
No friend could have warned me,
Of what I wasn't able to fully recognise
But the universe saw past her disguise
Felt like I'm about to die
She just took off
With my former ex
Hello! She's bi
Was happy with either sex
I should have sensed the vibes
But I never saw...

I wasn’t ready for this big old world
Some were back again, but I wasn’t told
Others couldn’t cope, not being so dope
They didn’t answer calls, just hung up by a rope
The born again and believers in reincarnation
Saw a revelation or got the wrong interpretation
Figuring out their downfall, once they recall
Well, that’s what they think, the last time again
It’s such a wonderful place, even if it’s a rat race
People are running about, children lying about
The world and the environment, I now doubt ...

Black Dog Illness
In a moment of life, sweat running down my face
Bad case of shyness, silencing ones tongue from race
No sleep at nighttime, just seeing the sun rise
My senses all failing and my mind freezing over
A look in the mirror I didn’t recognise
Then it appeared as an hallucination
I heard her call for me
I had to slap myself over and over
This could just be a dream or this might just be heaven
Then it occurred to me, that I was on strong medication
The images and voices I heard that day
Were just from my imagination
...

I lost my lovin’ mom
I stayed away for years
And my letters never arrived
Rubber stamped, ‘Return to Sender’
I miss my mother
because the bond was once strong
I now realise my faults
as some of you would understand ...

Although, I never thought of those who shed a little tear
Flowing like a stream, then await for some comfort, they preserver
Need a word of advice, but can't find anyone so sincere
Want to change your life, then embrace the people so dear

Heart of an impostor, you’re acting as bad, as a B grade movie star

Body held together by mortar, you're falling apart, like a shooting star

Face made of stone, no expressions like Mona...
