Paint Me A Picture
This poem was written after the death of my father. A friend of mine played the song "Dancing In The Sky" for me. I then played it repeatedly while crying & eventually when I couldn't cry anymore I wrote this. Been writing poetry for over 20 years & this has to be one of my favorites. Hope you all enjoy it!

All the things that keep me up at night,
All the things that just aren't right.
Infected dreams that will never end,
A broken heart that will not mend.
Secrets that go untold,
