My Everything
Love instilled a great fear
Into a man who lives without
Every thought of you begins a battle
Of thoughts, emotions and sorrow
We can’t change the past
Only make decisions for a better tomorrow
Yet without you in my arms
Tomorrow is just another day
As the minutes in life tick by
Your absence thickens the sadness
With a future uncertain
There is one thing I must confess
The love you instilled in me
That was thought to never grow
Consumed my heart and soul
Binding the two together as one
The fear controlled my mind...
Into a man who lives without

Everything You Did
My words remained silent
Knowing I’ve had your heart for years
Paralyzed by the thought of dying alone
I feared loving you even more
As we get older the fears are no longer the same
Everything you did to express it
All I did to try and bury it
Wasn’t because I didn’t want to feel
It was because I was afraid to end up broken
And never have the capability to heal
Our magical moments spoke volumes
Even the unspoken ones where we just knew
These moments are not the same served as memories

Knowing I’ve had your heart for years

Seems So
Its when you hope
And their not there
So then you wonder
Why the hell do you care
Satan laughing on your shoulder
With the angel waving his finger
You in the end always hope
Knowing the penalties linger
Even though they may not
Yet we dance without care
why?
Cause in the end they've all been there
So then if you had a voice
And if it didn't speak in silent screams
Would it ever?
Speak the truth ready to tear apart seems.
And their not there
So then you wonder
Why the hell do you care

Sands of Time
I stand before you breaking apart
Yet it’s you who sheds tears
You express in words your desires
Yet you allow them to be ruled by fears
I’ve torn apart all I knew
To show you what could be
I’ve given you the needs you sought
And you leave me drowning in misery
How do you expect me to be?
On my heart –you left a deep stain
That seems to be getting darker and darker
Do you expect me to be the same?
Our eyes use to shine like the sun
Now I watch you drift into the shadows
With it you take all that I am
Leaving me...

Is It Enough
I have made you smile
As has he
I've shown you a world
For only your eyes to see
I've held you close
As has the other man
I've loved you in ways
That only I can
Our kisses taste wonderful
Our passion felt in the heat between us
You say I have your full heart
Though your words are difficult to trust
For I've given mine to you
Making extreme sacrifices along the way
I've offered you my soul
Awaiting for a horrifying truth to make its play
The sunshine will diminish to darkness
The desirable warmth met only by a frigid...

Want This More Than Life
I still become lost
Within in the day we met
Within an instant
You became someone I can't forget
I felt your embrace on my soul
Falling fast in love with you
Without even knowing I could love
You became breath of hope and truth
As if we were running down a dirt road
You held your hand out for mine
Yet I could never catch up
Because of who I am I walked away
Resilient as you always were
You turned to follow me
I tried to distance myself for you

Another Resolution
Another New Years Eve
The count down begins
And I begin to reflect
On the past years sins
Waiting for the moment
Where all cheer loud
I smile but its a lonely moment
I lack what makes many hearts proud
I will kiss a set of lips
Looking them deep into their eyes
I will say the words I love you

Feel Me
I want to break your heart
So you know how I feel
I want you to forgive me
As I have you
Yet my words fall deafly
As they are a mere whisper
I watch you walk away

Two Feet Away
I stand two feet away from the edge
Tears and dirt falling upon the wooden box
The treasure of my hearts riches
Stored inside, -- forever to be locked
All that I was
All that I am
Descends with you
Memories have no expiration
Yet my skin is already becoming numb
Sorrows poison flows through my veins
Circulating with no other place to run
All that I was
All that I am
Dries up with you
Now I have to search for you
Without any maps or direction
Will you wait for me in your world?
Please God show some...

One in the Same
I stare into yours eyes
Looking for truth
You tear me apart with your horizon
The sun ALWAYS shinning bright
But your eyes are so blue
Cold like ice in the midst of winter
Where everything is clear
Yet solid enough not to break through
So then I ask
Why am I sacrificing my heart
For the warmth to be devoured
By the brutal brittle cold
So then what will I feel
Like I am any other human
Or one of your victims
The taste of victory poisons us all
Which will satisfy one
For the loss of another
Everything...

Wide Open Coffin
The sun’s rays came through the window
Another morning has arrived
Another long and dark lonely night
Through the sorrow and lonesome I survived
As I do every morning like the tick of a clock
I look over to your side, --you’re not there
My heart stings with your absence
As I take a deep breath and exhale despair
The bed seems so huge without you
The only thing crowed here are my thoughts
A place where lovers make love
Has become nothing more than a funeral plot
Looking back towards the window
Hoping for the bright sun to blind...
