Poetry is my voice for change. I have 12 kids with my husband of 22 years. The poetry I write comes from books, movies, and most of all, from my life. Finally squeezed out of me by my nature like a long held breath.

President Debates Chris Wallace - Biden Interrupts
A bright, sassy
Clown and a
Straw-Headed
Punching Bag
is how it
came across
to the average
observer
With a moderator
who was determined
to keep the old
cup of Joe
from going stale
to no avail
One insult
about smarts
Joe leapt from
his head to his heart
Where he found a
bitter lemon
and a few
keepsake numbers
all rusted and crusty
like the dirty
threats and
confusion
that he sowed
Clown and a

Unforgivable
How selfish
can you be
to have children
at a time like this!
every word
screaming
between the lines
in breath holding silence
and cutting excuses
The passive-aggression
consistent eleven times
in a row
Each time more
unforgivable
I cannot wink
I cannot make excuses
I cannot forgive
such impurity
This “friend” now
a stranger
I never knew
He’d have to
become a living
different...
can you be
to have children

Left and Right want to bear arms.
Left and Right want to save the children.

Progressive Thought Slime is Holding Us Back
Don’t look now
but the sewers
of ear canals in many
zombie heads
are oozing
radioactive
toxic theories
so open minded
Sanders ate their brains
while they sat reading
White Fragility
The infection
wants to spread
like hearing AIDS
with your morning coffee
have a taste of
salty crackers
afterwards
because this sicko
drainage claims
no wisdom
and it has none
