POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Just a woman on the edge, a little lost but mostly hungry for life.
Unborn Redemption
Tremble, call out to the darkness
that you fear and desire.
Taste it, tongue upon scar
flayed open at your heathen touch.
Speak it, that damnable name
carved on your secret ink blot heart.
Hear it, the bells of hell
chiming away your youth and beauty.
Soulless demons stretch out,
grasping your ankles, gnarled knuckles
against your sinners flesh.
This is redemption for the blackened charred hearts of love lost.
Unborn, waiting for purgatory to explode.
that you fear and desire.
Taste it, tongue upon scar
flayed open at your heathen touch.
Speak it, that damnable name
carved on your secret ink blot heart.
Hear it, the bells of hell
chiming away your youth and beauty.
Soulless demons stretch out,
grasping your ankles, gnarled knuckles
against your sinners flesh.
This is redemption for the blackened charred hearts of love lost.
Unborn, waiting for purgatory to explode.

Birthed from Death
Trapped, nails under the bed of my skin
I gasp at the sound of my dreams dying
On withered white lilies.
I am uncut, yet birthed
To my home, no King has made me
I am alone.
Un-abandoned by own decree
I will master my slave like tendencies
And become the angel of death I know to be.
Cursed for life, death of flowing hearts
Fall like rain at my gaze
I am my own demon, my legion of souls
Do my bidding, walls built
Holding back the tide
Of unrelenting love and truth
That whispers my name in my darkest nights.
I will be free to soar...
I gasp at the sound of my dreams dying
On withered white lilies.
I am uncut, yet birthed
To my home, no King has made me
I am alone.
Un-abandoned by own decree
I will master my slave like tendencies
And become the angel of death I know to be.
Cursed for life, death of flowing hearts
Fall like rain at my gaze
I am my own demon, my legion of souls
Do my bidding, walls built
Holding back the tide
Of unrelenting love and truth
That whispers my name in my darkest nights.
I will be free to soar...
