Going to admit it
i am a pain slut
maso at heart
i need fear &
adrenaline to
feel fully alive
free in release
the lying there
in anticipation
high as a kite
waiting for the

numb & awake

time to accept &

Old Timers made
me go trip down
memory lanes
back to the time
life was amazing
cruising around
while listening
to johnny cash
& the stray cats
going to parties
car meetings &
weddings it felt
as if i was part
of a marvelous
rockabilly family
sharing love for
oldtimers, music
& vintage clothes
i cherish that time

bittersweet memories

Killer Goals
Twinkle asked me
to write down goals
the first 1 was clear
build more muscles
gain strength back
years ago i learned
that being physically
stronger made me
mentally stronger
more resilient too
improved stamina
is goal number two
(never ending sex)
as well as a boost
in mood of course
i showed the list to
my guy & said i'd lie
if i said i don't want a
killerbody he thought it
was a reachable goal
“it's way too shallow”
yet here we...

Working Out
it gives me insights
and quite a lot too
thought there was
little strength left
in my leggy body
while i'm Stronger
than i thought i was
it gave me a huge
confidence boost
i knew movement
improves mood yet
it came as a shock
how fast changes
occurred how huge
they are and how
long they stayed
yet more than that
i find myself making
better food choices
healthy foods that
nourish & nurture

Comfort Zone
The gym is out of
my comfort zone
as far as it can get
while i know fitness
can help with body
image & recovery
self love perhaps
so i dived into the
deep unknown got
a try-out session
i felt horribly lost
so uncomfortable
NO idea how the
equipments work
or where to start
so i searched for
solutions to make
it doable found me
a personal trainer
she makes working
out fun & guides me
you got to love a lady
whose name is...
