POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I draw from the depths of a well of words and pour out my own reflection
Help Over The Edge
I watch as rain like teardrops fall
Upon the desert's barren face
And flow down lines that seem to trace
The saga of desolation
As a storm begins to squall
The wind blows shrill through quivering lips
Lashing out with sorrow's heart
Leaving all those torn apart
To sway to the rhythm of emotion
As in the ground our comrade slips
The storm recedes, the face goes drawn
Lines are etched much deeper now
Refreshed by rain and yet some how
It's not enough to disavow
The reason that they're gone
Upon the desert's barren face
And flow down lines that seem to trace
The saga of desolation
As a storm begins to squall
The wind blows shrill through quivering lips
Lashing out with sorrow's heart
Leaving all those torn apart
To sway to the rhythm of emotion
As in the ground our comrade slips
The storm recedes, the face goes drawn
Lines are etched much deeper now
Refreshed by rain and yet some how
It's not enough to disavow
The reason that they're gone

Fading Memories
The sky is bleeding red
Where the sun falls to the ground
Another day is dead
With just the shadows hanging round
Stretching to find a new day
Only to get lost in the dark
Where the sun falls to the ground
Another day is dead
With just the shadows hanging round
Stretching to find a new day
Only to get lost in the dark
