The end is near
I breathe out, only to find I can’t breathe in
I’m trapped
Drowning under the deep black water
Silent screams that go unheard
Hidden tears, my smile lies
Cries for help that no one hears
Hidden cuts that hide my fear
A fear of what?
A fear of this.
I cried for help
Yet here I lay
One last breath, take it in.
One last breath as the world goes black.

From the darkness I scream
Yet here in the light you don't hear,
You don't help those in the darkness,
You're afraid of us.
Afraid because of what the darkness has made us?
Afraid because we aren't like you.
Afraid because nothing can stop it.
And i'm afraid too.
Afraid though because no one can get me out,
it's like i'm stuck here,
here in quick sand.
Every little move I sink deeper, quicker.
Please just come save me I scream
While the darkness is taking over my body,
Lying in the deep I cry out, and then I slowly slice my skin...
