MISCELLANEOUS POEM

Opening of the gates; Infernal paradise
The light sheds so painfully upon me
I shield my eyes so I can see
I stumble blindly through the gates
My guardian sword drawn
I can see again
I see something so beautiful
Something like a paradise
Where everything blossoms in glee
Where everything lives free
My unsettled mind started to calm
Though still aware, I walk on
This is too good to be true
This cannot be right
But it holds through my doubts
I can breath fresh air
No blood runs here
I rest beneath the shade of the beating light
Such a delicate little place
I see...

DARK POEM

Death, the tides, and the shadows of plague
Here I stand
Alone.
Death circles the air around me
It can be felt everywhere
My hands shake
And I'm so lost
Helpless
I scream for them to hear
Someone please help me
I'm stuck in my fears
The shadows of plague linger
As life cold grip has me in a hinder
Only to give me to the tides
This place is hard to handle
It's clear cut with no where to hide
Stuck in a twisted plot of demise
This must be my last breath
I may no longer rise
Now death fetches me
It clenches it's teeth upon me
As the shadows of plague wrap...
Alone.

SELF POEM

Pride
I'm running out of fuel
I've been drifting for so long
I'm tearing with insight of failure
I feel that I have a right to greatness
I illuminate my power
I growl, showing my control
I break free
From this cage I'm locked in
I break down the walls
One by one
They crumble
I scream with pride
I show my chest
I let everyone feel the pulse from my heart
I show them I'm pure
But they do not seem to care
What good is royal blood
When it only serves as a drink to predators?
I feel I'm to far gone
I fight my battles alone...

The winter winds
Have you ever felt the cold?
Not the chill at the beginning of spring.
But the wind that cuts your skin like a razor in the dead of winter?
It lashes as it passes and it catches your attention
And you try your best to protect your chest from the cold
As the days go by, you start to wonder why
Why your stuck in this torment thinking you have to be hell bent
It gets hard to sleep as the cold brushes your cheeks
And you toss and turn just to get free from it's burns
As you whisper silently for death to take it's turn
So you yell and you yearn for your...

Return; The beyond
I am a night walker
Flowing through this dark after life
The blood spilled
The souls slain
I will not stop
I am stuck here
This sword
My only friend
My guardian
Tactics are gone
Pure skill is all that remains
Demons and angels alike fly past me
As I walk the fine line
Of light and Dark
None can see me
I am no evil
I am no good
I fight to survive
With hope I will return to my life
Reincarnation
A lucid dream
To me; a desire of reality
My travels consist of walking now
I have no wings
I cannot fly...
Flowing through this dark after life

Losing breath and I'm still alive
The air is so thick
It weighs heavy in my lungs
As I start to heave for a deeper breath
I'm running out of time
I'm falling
A picture perfect silhouette
Descending from the sky
Upon the twilight of a glistening ocean
I crash
The horizon breaks upon impact
I start to panic
I don't know where I am
I can't see

Oh the glee
Lost in the ignorant portals of my mind
Mistaking this for bliss
I carry on with a smile
A foolish mind
Unable to perceive a defaced reality
I'm stuck on a self destructive path
Help me,
I'm falling fast
Warped thoughts
And memories built on sorrows.
My perseverance had failed
And I have severed the strings
To the stronghold where I once could see
Spread all over the floor
I can see my life
Slipping away from me
Lost in the ignorant portals of my mind

Hatred and destruction go hand in hand; Fallen angel
A cynical smile crosses my face
A smirk I cannot hold back
I want to kill her
I want her to feel my wrath
A sin,
One of many that I hold
This afterlife will know my name
I scream in defiance to her light
She stands still
Focused on me
I look at her
The way her body and being
Sticks out from the crimson backdrop
I can feel my power flowing
I want her dead
I want her to suffer
She will lay next to the demon
Her beauty angers me
She reaches towards me
She disappears
I look around for her return
I feel a pain...

Replacement; Light
She lay there
Dead
My eyes weary from battle
Distant screams continued
I stagger over to her body
Her skin was cold, lifeless
As I touched her smooth forehead
Darkness continued to protrude from my hands
Slow, gentle.
I cried dark tears that fell around and upon her
She slowly started to wither away.
Indifferent, I rest on one knee
She was gone.
In her leave, a sword, a katana.
Forged by her soul, from her soul
It shined light in this hell forsaken place
My dark, trembling hands pick it up
It fits perfectly...

Inner strength
Our love was once strong.
I held you in my protecting arms
Your eyes said beauty at every blink
And your smile always made me think
"How can I be so lucky, it's just a dream."
I've fallen for an angel, so it seems.
When we touched I was speechless
No questions asked, I was lost in your eyes.
Those big blue eyes that complemented
That gorgeous smile.
That kissed me with flight,
Foreseeing miles ahead in dangerous delight.
But on that day,
That miserable day.
I found myself broken,
Frozen whereIi lay....
I held you in my protecting arms

And your smile always made me think
"How can I be so lucky, it's just a dream."
