POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
A Last Word
So long, farewell
To this god-forsaken world
I'll leave with a heart of grief
Of pain, of turmoil.
Adieu, adieu
I promise it'll get better
You'll forget about me after a while
Feelings change like the weather
Goodbye, I'm done
I need to leave this life
I've caused too much pain
I'm tired of the strife
Nights like these lay a burden on my soul
This is the moment my thoughts will take a toll.
To this god-forsaken world
I'll leave with a heart of grief
Of pain, of turmoil.
Adieu, adieu
I promise it'll get better
You'll forget about me after a while
Feelings change like the weather
Goodbye, I'm done
I need to leave this life
I've caused too much pain
I'm tired of the strife
Nights like these lay a burden on my soul
This is the moment my thoughts will take a toll.

The Story Of Us
September the fourth
Burns the same way that
Matches burn my fingertips.
The same way needles
Pierce. Skin.
The same way your lips touched mine.
We ran out of time
I ran from you..
I love you.
And, for just a moment,
I'm sure that you loved me, too.
It was your distance that separated us
And my fire that that started
It all.
Yes.
My reply is yes.
Must I explain it to you?
No.
Because as soon as "Yes" surrounded us
I knew.
I knew all of you.
And you became mine.
Finally, in time.
But...
Burns the same way that
Matches burn my fingertips.
The same way needles
Pierce. Skin.
The same way your lips touched mine.
We ran out of time
I ran from you..
I love you.
And, for just a moment,
I'm sure that you loved me, too.
It was your distance that separated us
And my fire that that started
It all.

My reply is yes.

Lust
Thoughts
Like a trail of tears
Push factor, pull factor
None.
14
The kind of thoughts
That make you wonder why hallway doors don't lock
And which side they would lock
From.
And in the end
At the very end of the road
When every preventative measure is taken
Even the virgin Mary ends up
Pregnant.
Like a trail of tears
Push factor, pull factor
None.

And which side they would lock

This, us.
The silence chains me
Stronger than iron ever could
Her tears freeze me to the spot
Just like nails into wood
When you said "I love you"
I froze where I stood.
I replied "I love you more..."
"More than I really should."
Baby, you discovered me
Behind every wall I've ever built
You shattered every weapon
And penetrated every shield.
Oh, cover me in your featherlight kisses
Warm me with your heated words
Shower me in thunderstorms of passion
And let our lightning bolt love occur.
Stronger than iron ever could
Her tears freeze me to the spot
Just like nails into wood
When you said "I love you"
I froze where I stood.
I replied "I love you more..."
"More than I really should."
Baby, you discovered me
Behind every wall I've ever built
You shattered every weapon
And penetrated every shield.
Oh, cover me in your featherlight kisses
Warm me with your heated words
Shower me in thunderstorms of passion
And let our lightning bolt love occur.

I Am.
I am an empty lot.
A razor used too many times.
A weathered pillar, expecting destruction.
I’m an exagerrated expression..
And quite background music.
I am the snapping of fingers,
The snapping of bones.
The snapping around of heads and.
The slapping of the owned.
The throwing of stones.
For I am not the thought behind the action
But the action in itself.
I am destucted but.
I.Am. Destruction.
A razor used too many times.
A weathered pillar, expecting destruction.
I’m an exagerrated expression..
And quite background music.
I am the snapping of fingers,
The snapping of bones.
The snapping around of heads and.
The slapping of the owned.

I am destucted but.
I.Am. Destruction.

Deepest, Darkest
The deepest thoughts,
the darkest mind
While others found others,
you're left behind
Chained to the wall of love and lies
Seeing pain through crystal-blue eyes
The deepest pulse,
the darkest heart
The doubts they voice have torn you apart
You changed over time,
the old you is dead
And a dark-filled husk is left instead
The deepest depth,
the darkest soul
To end this is your only goal
I've stopped you once, and you asked me, "Why?"
I said, "I need you, so please, don't die".
They say you're worthless, ...
the darkest mind
While others found others,
you're left behind
Chained to the wall of love and lies
Seeing pain through crystal-blue eyes

Broken Poems
Lonely Hearts,
And Broken Lullabys,
Crushed dreams,
And Painful Good-byes.
A tear rolling down her cheek,
As nightmare's fill her head.
She clings to conciousness,
Becuase sleep, she dreads.
She can not escape,
the lingering hole in her chest,
The emptyness in her soul,
The memories she remembers best.
But somehow she is thrieving,
Alive inside her head,
There is a small hint of hope,
That she will take back all those tears shes shead.
She needs you to come home,
All day and night she cries.
She has a broken, shattered...
And Broken Lullabys,

The Scars Remain
Cry the tears
Feel the sting
See the red
Forget everything
Ignore the hurt
Embrace the pain
When hope is gone
The scars remain
Don’t look at the mirror
Turn away from the world
Hold back the tears
Don’t let your vision blur
Bite you tongue
Let the words slip away
Nothing will change
No matter what you say
Punch the wall
Hit the ground
You can’t tell the world
When you can’t make a sound
Hold your breath
Suppress the fear
What’s the use in shouting
If no one will hear
...
