presence of us
you
tease me
while i am serious
about speaking my mind
you back off
while
i move forward
towards you
i speak the truth
as you lie
to me
innocently while
i hate your excuse
come see me once
we shall see
who is lying
in our presence
its just
you and me as we
chat about
that
debauchery
that's on our minds.

the way he was
i wake up and open
my eyes
i was not asleep
i can see all the
mistakes
i have made in my life
i know what it takes
to make everything
right
bad life decisions
make me feel like i am laying
bricks for the
tower
of Babylon
the higher i go the closer
i come to the collapse
i
can spend the rest of my life
apologizing for the dirt i have done
if i

makes me a true asshole
if i don't then people
will say

nice pick
the ice pick you slammed
in my ear slowly
felt goood
to my brain it's
screwed and secure
like a vault
you pierced the
air in there when
you struck me
i drop to my
knees in pain
for your sake
when i kneel
my knees shatter
all around in pieces i
break away for you
to keep safe
so that no one
gets caught
in this maze
i create.

debauchery
debauchery
is looming about
in a curious way
asking me what
i am doing right now
wanting me to
come out so that
we can go play
chills creep up and
begin to tingle my spine
my heart flutters as
my mind begins to
race
away in wild
thoughts of fun
being bad can
sometimes be good
for the
soulless ones
that happen to
exist and hide
in plain site
is looming about
in a curious way

walking away
burn this
palace
to the ground around me
while i am in it
i will set fire to it
from inside and watch
it crumble and fall
i emerge from the
flames
unscathed and
exhale the smoke
i walk away and look
back at the beauty
of destruction smoldering.
