Shel's books are wonderful.  It may be a little late, but let me try, how about number 55.  Can you pm me the poem, too.

Never mind, I see that #55 is "The Meehoo with an Exactlywatt" and a copy is at

Now lets see about that reverse....
"The Meehoo with an Exactlywatt" is a knock knock story that's confusing because of the names.
Let me try a phone call, with confusion from names....

#55b: Who, What, Why

Ring ring
Hello, Why here, who's calling.
No, not Who, I'm What.  I'd like to talk to Who?
Ok, who do you want to talk to?
That's right, Who?
What's right?
No, not What.  I'm What.  Who.  Who are you?
I'm Why.  Who's calling?
Who's not calling, I'm What.
Let's see if I got this, you're What, I'm Why, and you're looking for who?
That's right?
What's right?  Answer the question.
I'm What and I'm looking for Who?
who?
Yes.
Yes, what?
Not What, Who?
I know, but who are you calling.
Yes, you got it, now can I talk with Who?
I got what?
I know you have What, but I want Who.
Good bye

Ring Ring...

Thank you for ^^  I love how you changed the names just a little to fit in with how the story goes.

I technically didn't judge this, even so with only two entries it took a lot of opinions.  Only because both of them were so great and I'm still trying to learn how to do those dishes (Kitchen duty for this whole month). And the phone call confused the crap out of me just like my first time reading the original.  I guess they just saw a little more in the phone call..either way congrats to you both for having such imagination and taking time out of your day I suck at paragraphs.

Unknown Emo, I'm so sorry for not participating in this competition even though i requested a number to write a poem on!
I have been extremely busy these past months and haven't had the chance to come up with something on the topic.

Thank you for starting this competition.  I too, have some dishes to tend to.  I wish there were more entries, since there is so much mind exploding talent on this site.  I love reading other's thoughts.  Also, I enjoyed writing the Who, What, Why poem.  After writing it, I was happier all day, filled with silly-willy thoughts...  Thanks for the opportunity to grow a little.

I understand ^^ not mad or sad  just happy that you even thought about being in it. No need to be sorry either some things are more important. Hope you find time to relax.

I too seem to enjoy reading poems ♥ I have this site tp always go to no matter what mood I'm in. And happy you enjoyed writing and had fun doing it, people need some silly things to brighten up a little.

P.S. It makes it much easier when you make it a rule to pre-rinse the dishes. Everything goes smoother than.
