Adagio In Bedroom Whispers (Adagio en Dormitorios Susurros)

It would have been too easy
to welcome you in my bedroom
a place of sharing
first motion of touching
deep
deeper
to the center
of silken woven dreams
ignited by sinful pleasures
under trembling fingers
titillating dewed flesh
and honeyed fruit
scorching with desire
and yet
we do not burn

It would have been too easy
to make you my shrine
sprawled on scented sheets
trapped in a maze of
opal, azure, mint and onyx
the forbidden red of rouge,
smeared on devil's tongue
drawing our names
in melted wax
playing mind games
knowing fully well
losing is a
winning game

It would have been too easy
to seduce your senses
like a cave dweller blindly
drawn in my sanctuary
yearning for the
exquisite touch of
release
to please
in intoxicated bliss
lost in weightlessness
filling my oral fixated needs
oh lover,
you will never know
never see
with mortal eyes, for
you were never the one for me

It would have been easy
to know
for knowing is the final draw
to be in my bedroom
for 'US'
burrowed deep in belonging
as 'OUR' final
destiny
