Meaning
The breakdown was inspired by the anime called "Bleach," where Mayuri fights against Hitsugaya(I'm not gonna go into details about that fight).
This is a story concept song and it's basically a summary of all the 7 stories I wrote through song/lyrics.  Holocausts and Plagues are the strongest powers achieved in my story.  I tried to write this like a poem, but as the song progresses I kinda fell from the structure of writing a poem.  Germany is the main resident or is the only resident of all the main characters.  In my 1st story and 2nd story, the timeline starts in 1930, but then, some of the main characters of the 1st and 2nd story are born in the 1920s and a couple are born in 1918-1920.
I never really learned much about world war 2, let alone what went down in Germany and around Germany back in that timeline.  Heck I kinda gave myself some bad thoughts in writing or trying to write a story concept type of song I that timeline and changing Germany into a Warzone for over 100 years.  
Other then falling into the meaning of the series I've concocted in 1 year and a half,  "Monuments rebuilt" is talking about "Aksfiel" as Monuments aka his nickname.
Oh yeah that's another thing, I've given a lot of the Main Characters Nicknames, except in my 1st story,  I never gave much nicknames too any of the main characters in the 1st story.  Rebuilt part means, rebuilding peace between families within the name of Seiher and Gains Namesake(I never gave the character "Gain" a last name in my second story)or between Sleepers and Genocides.  

Loom aka Sharz "finds his Deep Light" talks about finding
Light aka Lix/his childhood friend or GF, his chick.  Sharz  becomes the name of his dinosaur friend, which is a shark back in prehistoric times, which I still gotta do some research on.  Loom was taken away by his real father, because the father new about the dragon called "Valsar" inside of him.  So you can say that Loom is the Empty Virus Finding is Deep Light and the Empty Virus part means the emptiness inside of Loom, being his personality before meeting up with Light.  The Virus part is the dragon Valsar, who becomes friends with Loom and is able to manifest back into his old body as the story goes on.
