The poetry that I will be posting on this site were written by my daughter Molly. On April 8, 2016 at 7:48 PM, I held Molly's hand, stroked her hair, kissed her forehead, whispered "I Love You" and had to say goodbye to my baby, my Princess and the best and most special part of my life. She had lost her two plus year struggle with drug addiction. Heroin, Cocaine, Oxycodone took her from me and our family. As I type this, Molly has been gone for five months. Her poetry paints a clear and horrifying picture of what life can be like being addicted to drugs. It is her wish, and my mission to share her poetry with whomever will read it, in hopes that her words can help someone in need, to help someone fight a little harder with recovery and maybe make someone think twice before getting involved with these deadly drugs. There is an emptiness within me that will never go away. May Molly's memory live on through her poetry and her desire to help others even while she needed help herself. I love you Molly Ina more then 100,000,000 Red M&M's.
