I was living up north in the U.S. I was a Sous Chef at French/European restaurant and I loved my job because I love to eat! A few months ago I found myself back in Louisiana taking care of my father, he's recently passed February 1st and now I'm just spending time with my family. I'm unsure if I'll head back to the Big Apple to resume the life that I once had. I think life has a learning curve and I'm still winding.
