The Blood Red Wolf Moon
The moon lay half cast
Across the midnight sky
Reflected on the shimmering ocean below
Like spilt milk
A wolf appeared, silent as the wind
Bristling fur, with blood stained fangs
It's thoughts, dark, and foreboding
A scowl, both sinister, and goading
I awoke next morning
Fresh encrusted blood around my mouth
I washed away

Psycho Killer
my girlfriend says I’m hallucinating
it’s not what it seems
but I swear there’s beast out to get me
they wander in the night
with sharp teeth and claws
looking for their next victims
I saw one last week
devouring a young girl
who’d had her cloths torn
the monster chased me, but I got away
every night since
I been hearing noises outside my bed
I decided that I can’t live in fear
ready with my revolver
I went outside and faced them
towering around me
were half human half wolf creatures
growling...
it’s not what it seems
but I swear there’s beast out to get me
they wander in the night

I knew of an Indian elephant who worked at a circus
on an act where unhappy animals sit up and beg
and sad clowns who know they are pathetic dance

torn and bloody from a wolf attack
I escape barely with my life
running to my dorm, passing out on the curve
awaking with my wounds fully healed
looking in the mirror
my body looks a bit different
veins protruding from my skin
"oh shit, I'm late for class!"
I walk in but no one says a thing
the girls start to take notice
feeling great, but soon I'll see I’m cursed
