pigments of fall maybe
watching the day
give way
as I weave west

thoughts heavy and full
dissolve
along with the day
exquisite colors
brandish to bedazzle
blistering perfection
they turn me into
nature herself
I melt
slowly withering
into apricot skies
scorched amber embers
flare to combust
