Laid to rest
Fumble fall and hit your submissive, vacuous head.
Watch words leave the cemetery,in which your body
was laid to rest.
Watch words leave the cemetery,in which your body
was laid to rest.

my sister got a motorcycle
I hear the rumble of an engine.
Of a two-wheeled road demon,
That defies logic and safety.
A trolley, carrying
Dopamine and adrenaline
To an addict experiencing withdrawals.
I remember the smile plastered on her face,
White and black patterns traipsing across a jacket,
Most of all,
How excited she was to tell me about it.
I’m scared for my little sister,
And I'll never let her know.
Because who am I to steal such joy,
From the people I hold close.
But I won’t lie and say,
I don’t feel a pang of...

Gnarled roots
In the night, as I lay in bed,
Both sweet dreams and nightmares tread,
One brings comfort, the other dread,
A swirling vortex in my head.
I dream of a world without despair,
One with love and justice everywhere,
Where all are equal, without a care,
And kindness flows like gentle air.
But nightmares come, with gnarled roots,
Twisted tendrils, like toxic shoots,
The darkness spreading, taking fruits,
Our society, collapsing, with no reboots.
I see division, hate, and fear,
Injustice reigning, far and near, ...

Dead flies
It breaks his heart to think of what illuminated in the black gives back.
Throughout time,black been compromised,defiled,dehumanised,
stolen from,denied,vandalised.
Not now.
Illuminated in the black,fights back.
In time,destined to change lives.
Wow! Expertly described.
Get rid of those dead flies.
He sighs.

the way of a marriage
The way a marriage
On the bus 8 to Garston, I met my future wife; I was going
to meet someone at the British Legion, something about
a job as a cook on a ship. At an outdoor, we bought cans of
cokes and a bottle of rum.
I thought she was the kindest woman; I had ever met.
We married, and people I didn’t like came to our reception
like my brothers-in-laws
Dreams never last on cook’s wages, awake one morn
no smell of coffee from downstairs; she had gone out
and left a note: “Get a Job, you drunken slob!”
I took a bus to Albert Dock,...

Looking at Mad
At school today, whilst in my history class, and for the first time ever.
Our history teacher(Miss. Radical,we call her.)Talked to us about slavery.
Not Modern day slavery. But slavery of Ancient Africans.
And it was in my history class, that our teacher told us,
that many European countries were involved in the enslavement of Ancient Africans.
But it was the Portuguese, that started it,in the 1400's.
I really wanted to ask my teacher.
Why would anyone want to enslave
and steal from, rape and murder, another human being.

Holy Ghost
(Sacrilegious "Leda and the Swan")
TW: r*pe, abuse, sacrilegious
As she lay all alone on her cot,
Upon where she and Joseph had tried before.
She wondered was it her fault or not,
For they had yet to conceive and adore.
Then she loved him as much as she could;
Granted she must, for what her father was paid.
She wondered if she very much should,
But she thought either way, she would be paid.
She invited HIM while he was out.
She figured, "why not? He will think it is his."
But soon a shadow was cast of doubt,

Darkness Falls
Tearing everything away
Leaving nothing from which to hide
Raw nerves exposed, spasming.
Salt poured on open wounds, exalting.
In love I torture the mind,
in lust I seduce you with my agony.
Love and torment ...
impregnating, amplifying, growing in each other,
a child borne of blood and pain,
dark tendrils entwined
that tears the flesh of our souls.
The blackest secret of humanity exposed
revealing the evil in our hearts
in my need I will destroy us both

Serengeti Love
We raced as wilderbeast in our quest for life or death
Captures captivated, minute seizures resulting in death
With a poisonous taste on our tongue that so many had left
We prayed for both the crocodile's dying and for their health
Muddied are the streams of life as they are flooding
The deterring detergents of existence are pulsing and white water blooding
Get with the pain I need it savagely sharp and intense
I need to feed from the destruction, I need the piles immense
Please interweave bodies with disease, mud packed with hated seed ...

A Usurper Reborn in Fugue
This starry night eludes me
for darker passions become my veil
sidelong and ever staring
behold the sight of one so cold
A usurper adorned with snow
for winters kiss I sold my soul
upon bruised lips and eyes glossed over
blessed frost to star their own
Of constellations shyly wanning
silence slowing the dawns mourning
destroy all in veneration
what is rebuilt shall fall once more
for darker passions become my veil
sidelong and ever staring
behold the sight of one so cold
A usurper adorned with snow
for winters kiss I sold my soul
