The Klan (may not be a force but....)
Hatred
Taught by peers
Born from ignorance
Not questioning why
Following blindly
The burning cross
Taught by peers
Born from ignorance
Not questioning why
Following blindly
The burning cross

THIS WORLD OF OURS
Through this world and as in life and love during the process of not, being able to see and feel the beauty of life from all of the illusions of hatred. Amongst the things that we have done to ourselves and each others. For there's things that we can't just explain away, in simple words and phases of what life really feels like, to be able to just escape from the madness outside the window of your room. For by not looking from within ourselves and others how can we change, if we refuse to face the process of being truthful and look deep within you and me cause laying beneath, the mere under...

Love Finds a Way
Love Finds a Way
When Valerie and I became smitten with each other, we were sitting at the school cafeteria table. I was eating the soy burgers she always called paste.
She said, “Are you a vegetarian?”
I said, ‘Yea’”
Valerie’s follow up floored me. “You know, soy impairs a man’s yang functioning thereby decreasing his sperm count and making him unable to give a girl a baby.”
“Is this typical high school lunchroom chat?”
Valerie replied, “We’re both eighteen and adults. I can tell you if I were your wife I wouldn’t fix those funky veggie...

ok, gorja
enough of the hipster identity crisis of having 'a vagabond heart' or having 'a gypsy soul' you all keep placing in your shitty little bios, slapping on the titles of your surface level books as well as your muddy twaddled poems that aren't even relating to the root of the matter, where we were accused of dreadful crimes and massacred like vermin without a single note found in one of your so called educational history books,
it's a slur and a death sentence rolled into one, we're born into this day to day living where nothing is constant, striking matches until it dies down...

SHOOTER
was it how
you saw it
in your mind,
you with
gun
in hand
and the crack
crack
crack
and smell
of powder
and how they
scattered
and fell
and god damn
you in your
weird,
dark glory
and who
salutes
your
demon
righteousness
or cares
what
dark thoughts
grew
in your
thorny
little garden
where
the poison
fruits
hung so low
and thick
and ripe
and ready
who cares
about
your stupid
pain ...
you saw it
in your mind,
you with
gun
in hand
and the crack
crack
crack
and smell
of powder
and how they
scattered
and fell

John please save me a seat
The enemies that they would have you fighting
start with other Americans here
For you must tow the line in November
or else we all we have too much to fear
But let's look at the merry-go ground they give us
more then the bare eye can tell
Institutions will still get richer
of this we should know really well
For when two billion is spent in advertising
that money doesn't go to you or me
But networks that are hardly diverse
maybe a token here and there to see
For it still is a struggle for a nonwhite
to get on the any screen...
