How does one know if they’re a poet? I only ask, because I’ve never been sure that I qualify as one? This is not me being negative about my ability, it’s kinda just the way I’m wired. I really think it’s because I spent so much time being a lyricist.

Sometimes it seems I don’t know this world anymore. I mean sure I know the government is corrupted with people who are on the take. Every season brings more decay into the moral fabric of decency.
